I would rather jump in a pit of blazing hot flames than go here again, Horrible school and horrible staff I do not recommend going here, the financial aid advisors can’t answer a email to save their life, program manager takes 1000 decades to respond, math professors do the most, and this campus need more cops because why are 40yr old grown men walking around the parking lot? The library is full of random people sleeping and talking on the phone, and the WiFi is absolute garbage. This school deserves a -100

Honestly if I could give the school a negative rating I would. I've attended this school for a brief period and all I've gotten was the run around with the Financial Aid department. Sadly, it took for me to have to run into the Chancellor to have the department even return a call and/or email to me, after MONTHS of trying to get answers about my aid. They are the second school I've had an issue with but has now made the number one spot for MOST COMPLICATED. The school has tried to blame the issues on the government, but sadly Trump is surprisingly not to blame for these issues I've been having with them. They then tried to say it was an issue with the number of hours I was taking, then that MJ Foster had removed the funding to the school, then it was "first come first serve," then it was an issue with "me not stating which grant I was using," then it was "I didn't do things in time" when I have provided every email and receipt to back up all of my rebuttals. It's gotten to the point where I've had to contact MJ Foster directly and they are currently unaware and confused as to why there are issues with the distribution of funds. If you plan on attending this school, I'd recommend you DO NOT. You will also sit in the waiting room for 3 hours MINIMUM before you run into an advisor of any kind who is ill-informed on the questions you have, telling you to go online to fulfill whatever it is you came in person to do, or just say you have to come back another day. This is the worst school from majority of the professors I've had to the staff that thankfully do not teach. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SCHOOL IF YOU WANT TO CONTINUE YOUR EDUCATION. YOU'D DO BETTER WITH AN ONLINE PROGRAM WITH AN OUT OF STATE SCHOOL, PRIVATE TRADE SCHOOL, LSU OR SOUTHERN DIRECTLY!!!

I have to say these things based off of my experience. First off, the phone calls you make aren't going to be answered very much as they're slow to answer and you'll be on hold a ton. Second of all, the other day I called because my login didn't work regardless of the password expiration feature and to withdraw from brcc. But the lady on the phone was incredibly unprofessional and extremely rude, rushing me as I went through the process. And when I said the password worked, she literally said: "Great!" And hung up the phone without saying anything else. And that wasn't even all I called for, and she hung up. Didn't say good afternoon or anything or greeted politely. That's not all either: for months I was trying to withdraw from a class I lost interest in because of my change of interests on careers, but they dont let you until a certain date, so I was practically forced to stay in the class and suffer a bunch of assignments and work against my will. As soon as I find a good place that teaches AI and automation, I'm going to bounce from this place, unacceptable.

I’m rating smack dab in the middle right now because I have not even registered. The reason I have not registered though is because imo the online process is a total mess. I find myself in a constant endless loop with anything and everything I attempt to achieve online pre registration. The info given online carries with it no explanation at all. It may state you must do "x" before you can do "y". No easy link to "x" to be found. If and when you do find it once you get there it either sends you right back to "y" again only to be told you must do "x" first. I know this sounds ridiculously confusing and thus you may not have a clue what I am trying to say! Exactly my point though. Something that should be straightforward, direct and easy to understand and accomplish is nearly impossible. I now am reconsidering registering at all. Red flags everywhere!

If i can give zero stars i would. My daughter transferred from our home community college to brcc and it's been the worst decision ever. She is almost nearing the end of her first semester and still cannot reach a human or get an actual human to help help her get her resolve to get her student loan reimbursement handled. Weve called a million times with no answer, no return emails and you go in person and the customer service is vague and terrible. If you email a staff member you don't hear back. Who is running this school?! It's terrible!!!

Terrible admissions, advisors, counselors and everyone in between. I have a question regarding my transcript, and have received zero help. I’ve emailed four different emails that are on the BRCC website, and called three different numbers with ZERO answer. One of the phone numbers on their website is disconnected. I’ve had issues in the past but I’m so done now. They’re personally effecting me now by not helping me!!

As a previous student, I have to say I’d give this place a 0/10. It’s the worst school I’ve ever been to in my life. The teachers don’t care and they don’t care if you learn. The faculty people in the office are terrible too! No one answers the phone they don’t do refunds properly. It’s a mess. I’m glad I got my degree but this was a terrible experience.
