Customer Reviews
Teriyaki Madness has a rating of 4.1 out of 5 based on over 139 reviews on Google
The card reader didn’t work so we sat there for 20+ minutes patiently waiting for them to fix the issue. Instead of not wasting our time and simply comping the meal they kept us there while they face-timed the owner to fix the problem. The owner did not suggest comping our meal even once and expected his employees to figure out the solution on the spot. The only reason we got to leave is because I went to my car and got $100 in cash that I had been saving for emergencies and they broke it. I think in all we were there for 30min. Also, one of the employees smelled extremely strong of weed, and was visibly high. We took our food to go and when we got home and opened it up, the fried rice had clearly not been cooked long enough as it was clumpy and moist so I had to cook it longer on myself to fix it. My gf had the bowl with veggies and it was almost entirely cabbage, no mix of vegetables besides one broccoli. Overall the experience was awful, the owner could have simply comped the $28 dollars our meal was, and the employees had all the time in the world to properly cook the food and somehow messed that up. I cannot recommend not eating here enough. I’m providing photos below:
Mr. Ed made my salmon, veggie and fried rice bowl and it was Amazing. The pot stickers and sauce were delicious as well. The sweetest, helpful and friendly cashier was a pleasure to interact with. All the employees were so nice. It was my first time eating here and I'll definitely be going back. Thank You All so much!!
Stopped by on a whim while heading to another restaurant. I saw the name and was reluctant, but decided to give it a try. Great decision. The bowls were great. Generous portion with short grain sticky rice and sautéed veggies. The Teriyaki sauce is the sweet kind like I used to get in Okinawa. I ate my beef bowl, and ordered a chicken bowl to take to work for lunch the next day. If you're in the area, don't let the name dissuade you. The food was great, the staff was friendly and the price was reasonable.
Teriyaki Madness continues to set the standard for great food and even better customer service. Every visit has been consistently pleasant — the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely appreciative of their customers. A special shoutout to Ardriana, whose smiling face and positive energy make every visit even better. Her great service truly stands out, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the customer experience. You can see the pride the team takes in what they do, from the quality of the food to the care they put into each order. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, the experience is smooth, enjoyable, and welcoming every time. Highly recommend Teriyaki Madness to anyone looking for great flavors paired with outstanding service!
The food here is great, I really enjoy the mad spicy teriyaki flavors and the varied selection of meats. They make crab rangoons in the old way folded like little tacos which I like a lot better than typical crab rangoons. Another favorite of mine are the egg rolls which come with a delicious ginger sauce they make in house. 10/10 reccomend you try this place, especially if you like spicier foods.
This was my first time at Teriyaki Madness, I had the spicy orange chicken with Yakisoba noodles. The food came out hot and fresh, and tasted delicious! I loved the crab rangoons as well. Ms. Ardriana was so lovely, she explained the menu and made me feel right at home.
The service was great; the atmosphere was pretty chill, the food was decent. It wasn't busy at all, which made it even better for us. Their forks double as chopsticks, though I wouldn't rely on that inversion very much. They're pretty flimsy. I had the spicy chicken, and the egg roll. It was pretty good. I was able to tolerate the spice. My companion, however... was not. The veggies looked a little questionable, and that's the only reason for my lower rating. I didn't have any issues afterward, though. Parking was free. Ordering was quick and easy. The staff helping us made the experience painless. They even brought our order to us, and basically catered around us, when they didn't have customers in line. This could be the norm, but in my experience, most fast food places just make you come to the counter to grab your food, and you're pretty much on your own from there. I'd go again.
