Qi Massage & Natural Healing Spa

This place is very clean and staff is always kind and professional. The reason I’m leaving 3 stars is because after many visits over the years I have noticed a pattern that I feel would be helpful to those who are wanting to book here. Whenever you call and ask to be booked with a therapist that specializes in deep tissue or sports massage or whatever services you desire, the response is always the same. That "all of the therapist at the location is able to provide…" whatever services that you are requesting. However, over the years and with many visits that unfortunately is not the case. It would be a better business practice for this location to be more honest whenever you are booking with what the highlight services are that each therapist is able to provide. Therefore, you are sure to receive the therapy that is needed. It is important to know that when you book here you will pay the same cost for a therapist that has many years of experience as you will for someone who just obtained their license. This is a lovely spa that myself, my family, and friends have enjoyed. However, your services here can be very hit or miss.

THIS PLACE IS THE BOMB! Very clean waiting room and massage room. Helpful and respectful staff. Highly recommend Tia as a masseuse. She did an excellent job!

First timer: Honestly, I was a little hesitant about booking after reading all the reviews. However, after carefully researching all the therapists, chose Tia AND boy am I glad. First, as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle, I could smell the spa in the parking lot. ***chef’s kiss*** I walked in and was greeted with a friendly smile and the receptionist said my name. She showed me where the restroom and water was and advised Tia would be with me momentarily. Tia greeted me with the same smile and friendly demeanor. We walked in the room and she asked several questions to gage my wants and needs and instructed me she would return in just a few moments. When she returned, she coached me into breathing slowly and enjoying the experience. During the process she did ask was the pressure enough or not enough and honestly, it was just right! She took her time and focused on my shoulders as I requested. She didn’t talk much during the process and I was thankful because I am there to relax during the experience. We did talk after and I praised her for a job well done. Now, I cannot lie, it’s a little pricey, but I didn’t mind the splurge since it was my special day! I live about an hour and fifteen minutes away, but it was all worth it! I will be back and I will also recommend Tia to my close friends. FYI: I really didn’t want to mention Tia’s name for fear of others booking her and me not being able to get an appointment. LOL…. But I’m willing to share! 😉

I booked my appointment the night before as I was lucky to have found a time that worked well with my schedule. I booked with Meredith for a 60 minute massage session. When I entered, staff welcomed me and showed me where the water was and the bathroom. Once it was my time, Meredith met me in the lobby and then walked me back. I told her I was looking for a massage that focused more on my back and feet as that is where my pain was. She started me on my belly and focused on my back. At one point she ended up using hot stones which I did not expect, but it added to the experience. Then she focused on my calves and feet. It was all a good pressure. When I flipped over, she focused on my neck and that helped to provide a lot of relief. The 60 minutes always goes too fast. I felt a lot better leaving my appointment.

Very professional and clean atmosphere! Greetings from receptionist was warm and welcoming. My therapist Adrian was the best choice ever! Adrian was very attentive and followed through with my specific needs. Adrian was an excellent professional and consistent. The experience was phenomenal. I am definitely a customer! This will definitely be a regular self-care regimen for me.

We had a couples massage in Jan. It was clean and a nice atmosphere when we walked in. The staff was nice however I do NOT recommend them for a couples massage. They might be great for individual. My massage therapist was great but my boyfriend’s not so much. She kept giggling and laughing so much that once or twice I looked up to see what was going on. She also did not lower her voice or whisper when she was asking him questions. I like to I think most people do a quiet massage. Usually when you are asked to roll over etc the massage therapist will say it quietly as to not disturb the ambiance (especially in a couples massage!!!) She was trying to make conversation with him… a massage is not the time to do it. He was not striking up the conversation but would answer what she asked. She asked him during the massage what he does for work etc. He told me after while we were getting dressed that she made a comment about coming to work for him, he owns a landscaping and another business. How unprofessional!!!!!

A++ A MUST! I had Kimberly as my massage therapist and she was absolutely amazing! She got all my trigger points and definitely catered to what I needed! Beautiful atmosphere. Great service! Most definitely going again and I can't wait!
