VanDavis Aveda Salon + Spa

I’ve been a loyal client of this salon for nearly 10 years and have always shown up on time, never missed an appointment, and supported my stylist through schedule changes and delays. Unfortunately, I recently had a very disappointing experience. I believed I had canceled an appointment through their text system, but I was still charged the full $335 fee for the missed service. Despite my long history of loyalty and communication, the salon refused to make any accommodation or show flexibility. I’m truly disappointed in how this situation was handled — especially after a decade of consistency and support. I hope they reconsider how they treat loyal clients in the future.

Hands down best salon I’ve been to! Loved the FULL Aveda experience with the short scent and massage service to help you relax before your haircut. Truly felt pampered and cared for here. Bridget gave me an awesome cut that I am so happy with! Will be recommending to all my friends/family

At VanDavis I always receive excellent care in reception, and I love the tea! This was my first experience with Buffy. She listened carefully to me and provided an excellent cut after a wonderful massage. I highly recommend both the salon experience and Buffy!

I hate to complain but I spent $200 - didn’t even get a hair cut - and still have roots. This was my first time back here in several years and decided to take the risk bc it’s aveda right?! My stylist was so sweet and took her time and I really liked her and the color of my hair… but I am upset I spent so much money to turn around and have to get color again in a few weeks. My hair is very delicate and I get nervous about this anyways.

We had girls spa day and it was fantastic. The staff was delightful, kind, friendly and really pampered us. We will definitely return.

I paid for my friend to have her hair cut and styled. To her it was a big change that her husband was not looking forward to. When she got done she was lit from within!! She looked amazing and she felt amazing. She has now been interested in drying her hair (normally air dry) and taking the time to make it look great. I really appreciate the service you provided as you gave her new vitality. Thank you so much!!
