Jaro did my 14 year old daughter’s hair for the first time a couple of months ago and it was beautiful and still looks great 3 months later. Today I went to get my hair done and I am very pleased with the results as expected, my hair looks so healthy! The salon was very clean, all of the staff was wearing their face masks, and my temperature was taken upon arriving. All very professional, and these were the same steps that were taken back in July when we first went. Her prices are reasonable for the quality of her work and her experience. She went over the procedure, steps, and the pricing before starting. I have personally paid more for my hair and have not been as satisfied. I will definitely come back in a couple of months!

This is the second time I came into this salon. She had her aunt helping her that day. Which she burned my ear when she was drying my hair. First of her aunt should not be messing with peoples hair since she is not an actual hairstylist. Second, the girl who did my haircut cut it all uneven and some hairs were longer and some shorter. Third, I asked for a chocolate brown and as you can see from the pictures my hair is orange!!! I noticed it immediately but I had been at the salon since 10am and it was about to be 2pm, I was super tired and didn’t have the energy to argue about my hair. I just wanted to leave!! Completely ruined my hair!!! As I was walking out, I just couldn’t believe Jaro had the audacity to tell me how good my hair looked??!! I paid around 250 for my hair to end up orange… AVOID this place and save your money!!

This was my worst salon experience , first they were 20 minutes late to the appointment I had to put a 30 dollar deposit for. I messaged her and told her I had very dark DYED hair and asked if I should use a color remover before I come to my appointment to get less damage . She said no , and that they would do it at the salon if needed. When she saw my hair she acted surprised she would have to use a color remover, and did not tell me they would charge me extra until I was in the chair. I said I wanted two or three color blond in my hair over text prior to the appointment and she said no problem, and that the price would be $100-170. she bleached my hair twice ,( I will say the lady who did my hair was incredibly friendly and kind. Very personable )First: she brushed my hair very aggressively, second: she had no technique so it didn’t lighten as much. paying almost 200 i expected her to use foils to minimize damage. and when she dyed/toned it the color it was very messy , and she also got it all over my skin (did not use anything to protect my skin from bleach or dye) and the final product was much darker than expected. but the hair looks decent , she missed a spot in the front. but it is melted in the back , im hoping i can save it. She gave me a free hair treatment, but they obviously don’t know what it was because upon further inspection it is a product to be used BEFORE coloring ur hair. I go to the counter and she says my total is $285. I was in disbelief lmao I asked for what and she said it was for the extra color remover, and because she didn’t know they were gonna have to bleach my hair twice ???? Like obviously ??? my hair was almost black. And also that she didn’t know I would want more than one color (I made this VERY clear when I messaged her before my appointment) At the end she dropped it to $230, but looked disappointed I didn’t tip them. And , I want to clarify , if a business charges more for their services, I don’t have a problem. but make that clear to the customer before they commit. And if you’re going to charge more please be professional in the application. it was all just very messy. (you can see how my hair looked the day after the salon in the photo. I used my hydration treatments the night before and it looks no better. color and damage is horrible) Edit: she messaged me privately, saying she could fix my hair with treatments. She is clearly just a scammer ruining my hair and wanting to charge me hundreds of dollars to fix it. Stay away. Another stylist will be the same or better price for a much better outcome. EDIT 2: I’ve decided im not going to fight with you here. I will be contacting the state about your stylist’s license number and I hope you can grow and become a better/honest business owner and person. But, do not act like I said ill of your baby. Anything I said to you was true. And , I said I hope your baby is healthy. you just don’t want to accept you do bad things. Take responsibility for your actions love.

His work is truly unmatched. If you’re looking for a skilled professional who takes pride in his craft, I highly recommend Oscar! Pricing varies depending on the services, but you absolutely get what you pay for—exceptional quality.

Always have had the best experience here, and I have always loved my hair walking out, no regrets! Owner is very knowledgeable, professional, and always seems to strive to go out of her way. Recent renovations makes the salon feel spa like, luxury salon with reasonable prices. I will continue to come here.

I booked my appointment today for a haircut and a blowout. I got there 15 minutes before my appointment I was very excited because I haven’t had my hair done in 3 years. First of all on my appointment booked I wrote that I needed a haircut and a blowout. This was something very special for myself. I got there and felt that it was rushed through my haircut and didn’t put any product in my hair after it was done. And was told that I couldn’t get my blowout because another appointment was coming in. And still charge me for the full service even though I didn’t get a blowout. I needed my hair done for something special the very next day. UPDATE: The owner texted me to take down the review instead of making sure to ask me what could been done better, on their website for a haircut and a blowout it says $30 and that’s how much I paid. The owner was saying i should be grateful that she didn’t charge more because my hair is thick. And of course I left tip and the owner accused me that I didn’t leave a tip. But when I booked on the website it asks what I’m booking for, if they didn’t have enough time they could’ve told me to reschedule.
