Salome is the best hairdresser we’ve ever had and she has such a lovely personality - so kind and caring. She did both my hair and my daughter’s for many years in Dubai. We live in the UK now but the first thing we did on our trip to Washington was to get our hair done by Salome again! My daughter is 21 and has never dyed her hair - she wanted balayage and wouldn’t trust anyone else to do it except Salome! We both loved the results, as always.

Salome is a master at her craft! She did the most beautiful highlights, listened to me and was so personable and professional. I recently moved back to DC after several years and was struggling to find a colorist who could provide platinum highlights on aging hair-win!!!

I’ve been there before for roots touch up without any issue. Today, I agreed to a haircut. HUGE mistake. We agreed on no more than 1/2 an inch. He cut off two inches and then lied saying it was just half an inch (I picked up the hair from the ground and showed it to him when he agreed). The manager observed it all and kept apologizing. They waived the fee of the haircut, which doesn’t really help because now the hair has to grow back. The best part? The hair isn’t cut even and now I need to get even more cut off to fix this mess. I sincerely hope that the owner meets with this stylist and sends him back for training or limits him to just roots touch up. To the owner: please reach out to me if you have a senior hair stylist who can fix this haircut. Thanks.

I had a wonderful experience with Sam! She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions to find the perfect color. The result turned out even better than I imagined—my hair looks amazing! Sam’s professionalism and attention to detail made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I went in to see Sarah after feeling so depressed about my hair. I hated my color, my frizz, and most of all my bangs. I was planning to get an all-over color, but she took the time to listen to me and my goals, and we went with baby lights and a face-framing cut. She did such an amazing job and literally changed my entire mood over the course of my appointment. Plus, she fixed my bangs!! I highly recommend her, and I'm sad that I am only in the area temporarily and can't make her my regular hair artist!
