Vivian is amazing!! She puts so much care and attention to detail into her work and she did so well with my super thick wavy hair. If you want blonding, thinning, layers, bang trim, colored hair, styling, etc she can do it all. The salon is overall a vibe and everyone in there is so kind and sweet, you would be happy with anyone there!!

Had the BEST experience today with Korey! Never had I felt so comfortable with a hairstylist. Korey takes their time, listens to your needs and wants, and they truly are an alchemist in their craft! The salon is so clean, comfortable, and definitely has the best vibes. I'll definitely be returning time after time. Finally found my hair wizard ❤️ P.S for my fellow anxiety folks there is plenty of parking areas and lots around the shop!

I had a wonderful time getting my hair done here. The salon was very clean, and the staff was very kind. Booking through Vagaro is very easy, and I was able to set up an appointment directly through my stylist’s Instagram account/ portfolio which I really appreciate. Francys is very sweet and was able to retouch my colorblocked panels, something my previous stylist was unable to do reliably. She took her time with me, and I was really grateful. There was no overlapping on previously lightened areas and she used a lower volume developer to minimize the damage to my hair. I can’t wait to book my next retouch with her once it’s time to get those roots refreshed again!

Edit: Their reply is BS. I wasn't refunded the full amount, and I gave as much context as possible with full transparency and honesty. It's sad to see I'm still being met with cruelty from the parlor months later. I have one review and one review only: this one. Third photo is 3 months of growth. Im posting this late because I hate reviews, I hate negativity, but I recently had my hair fixed and told my stylist about my experience here in July, and was encouraged to share my experience here with Vivian which baffled my stylist, my friends, and deeply saddened me. I was looking forward to visiting this salon since I moved here, as Ive heard amazing things about it. I'm aware I had to reschedule a couple times due to a turbulent work schedule, and her availability only being two days out of the week, but I wasn't aware it was a big problem, and I fear it may have even been taken personally, which wasn't my intention. I asked for a trim and wispy bangs, last two pictures below are references and end result taken right when I got home. Understandably, I was beyond upset. I reached out to Vivian and explained my situation, I had just gotten out of a time of hardship and wanted this haircut to make me feel good, not worse. So after discussion with my friends and my mom we felt it wasn't unreasonable to ask for a refund. Understandably, I did not want my hair to be touched again anytime soon. I wasn't met with professionalism, she was rude prior to the appointment, I arrived early to the appointment but Vivian was late by about 30 minutes, and she was extremely rude about the result of the haircut. I fear something wrong was said about me, because the official hellbent for hair Instagram page viewed my instagram the next day which was very uncomfortable and strange. I was told the correspondence between Vivian and I were shared with the business owner which felt unnecessary and was an invasion of my privacy. I stand by the fact that I was mistreated after the fact I was done wrong, and this situation was handled terribly. I did white lie about being okay with the result at the appointment itself, because I just wanted to get home and cry. corresponded with the owner is the business about this matter but have declined future services for now, especially due to negative undertone of the experience, despite the owners professionalism. I did not feel welcome here. I did receive a partial refund of $25 out of the $75 after pulling teeth, but this was in no way worth $50 either. It's been three months and and my hair is healing, she has so many great reviews so I don't know why I was the odd one out but unfortunately, this can't be forgiven or forgotten.

I knew I had been wanting to do something new with my hair, so I decided to have a consultation with one of Hellbent's stylists, Vivian. Through our consult I felt so much better, and she had such great ideas and helped me thoroughly see my vision. Before, I had long brown hair, but we decided to do a short blonde bob. I could not be happier with the result! You can tell Vivian puts care and love into what she does. I have never seen another stylist who is as passionate as her. She listens thoroughly to your ideas, and gives recommendations where needed. Truly, cannot recommend Vivian or Hellbent enough!

Really thankful for Lindsay taking me in last minute and the owner Regina was so awesome as well. My hair took longer than planned to do and they worked together to get my hair done how I asked. I had a stylist cancel last minute from another salon but needed to get my hair done same day due to other plans the rest of the week for my 30th birthday and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my hair on top of taking me in same day. I am so looking forward to returning again. Their assistant was also super awesome. Highly recommend!!

Francys is truly the best! She was amazing from our first conversation all the way through the appointment and my hair looks PERFECT!! She is so kind and so knowledgeable, she made me feel so comfortable with each step and made me feel heard. I can’t wait to go to her again! Book with her!! ✨❤️
