Bishops Tempe

Absolutely amazing! My stylist was Veronica and she did an amazing job. I sent them some inspo pics and a photo of my hair to get an idea of how much product and prep time would be needed for my session. This was my first time getting a balayage and I am in love with my new look♥️

I had 4 appointments there. The first was for a color consultation and haircut with Anna. She did a dry cut, which I don’t like but my hair was to my waist so I thought that was what they did for long hair. I asked about getting a smoky, ashy hair color. She said she could do it so I booked an appointment to get that started. A week later I was back so Anna could color my hair. My hair came out really dark with a purple base and didn’t look anything like the photos I showed her. She was honest in telling me what happened and she stayed after hours trying to do something to make it look better. It help some, but it was still too dark. It didn’t look good on me. The next morning I got a text from Bishop’s asking me how I liked my hair. I texted back what happened. They asked me if I could go in that day to see if they could fix it for free! I went in an hour later. They set me up to see Haley and she was great. Haley couldn’t undo what Anna had done, but she made my hair look way better. It was still not what I had wanted, but much better. Haley was reserved and focused, and had a finesse to how she did things that Anna lacked. Even the way she wrapped a towel around my hair. Anna had water get into my protective cape and onto my blouse when she rinsed my hair out and she didn’t wrap the towels around my hair so it dripped everywhere (I had multiple wash outs). I was so cold and wet through half of my appointment that I had chills. I went back to Haley again (not free this time) and I had my roots touched up and more highlights added and again she was great, but even with K18 spray and treatments (I did these at all 4 appointments) my hair still felt so damaged from lightening it. I decided to find a new salon closer to me.

I had my first Balayage done by Veronica and had such a great experience! The vibe of the salon was so welcoming and all the hairstylists were so friendly. Veronica was great and did exactly what I was picturing! I would definitely recommend coming here. It was also very affordable, total ended up around 200.

IN LOVE with my new hair. I got a medium haircut and full color with 💕Ash💕. She did an excellent job bringing my inspo to life!!!! She was so friendly, welcoming and full of great advice. Feeling hopeful because I have curly hair (3a/3b) and tend to struggle finding a place close to home that knows how to work with my hair. This has been 3 days since I got my hair done and this is the best my hair has ever looked YAY. Bishops Tempe, especially Ash, u guys rock.

Got my hair colored by Anna and love how it turned out! 💇‍♀️✨ She was sweet, listened to what I wanted, and did such a great job. The service was friendly and professional, and I left the salon feeling confident.

Saw their commercial for the 1st time which prompted me to schedule a cut. Skye was amazing. She has great energy, she was engaging and made me feel at ease with my 1st major cut after chemo. I told her what I wanted and she made it happen! Thanks again Skye!

If you’re looking for someone that cares about your hairs looks and health, Skye is your girl! I came to her with damaged hair and left with confidence and healthy hair. She listens and delivers perfectly. Will not be going to other salons now that I’ve had my hair done at bishops in Tempe!!
