Fanny the manger, manger is such a disrespectful person as a manger I would never talk down or embarrass a customer. Told me to find a better salon because I have money? What type of manger is that? Her English is very poor and the fact I was able to understand "I hope you get a better life" go to a salon since you have money is very interesting it was very clear her apology is sarcastic and unneeded and her remark just shows she Target and judging my character just because I have money is ridiculous. Yes I can very much go spend money on a high end salon but underdogs deserve support as well. It’s very sad how she treats people and I’m sure I wasn’t the first or the last if she unhappy with her life at her old age that’s her problem not someone who works hard to be successful and accomplished. I’ve been coming to this location since I was 14 years old and I will never and I mean never return or recommend anyone to this location. My family or friend that have money shouldn’t be treated less because fanny is unhappy with her life

New to the area and needed a trim, but I got butchered 😭😭😭 Worst haircut of my life!! I lost several inches have the most uneven, thick blocky layers and a giant gap on the front right side. She literally grabbed handfuls and just hacked it off 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

When I first walked in to get a haircut originally, I was talking to Callie and explaining that it has been so long since I’ve had any color in my hair. She helped me out tremendously throughout the entire process to find the right look for me. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for any kind of style or color. She has over 20 years of experience.

*UPDATE* within an hour of posting, one of the district managers, Jennifer, reached out to help me rectify the situation. She worked with me so that I didn’t have to go back to that location or do that 40 minute commute again and Anyssa at the Gilbert/202 location did her best to fix the very difficult cut that I was left with and I’m incredibly grateful! I want to give Jennifer and Anyssa 5⭐️ but this location still needs to be aware so I will up my stars from 1 to 3 because of them and only them. I’m shocked; I went out of my way to go to this location because of the great reviews and I should have known from the cape free shampoo and only conditioning my roots that I should have left but I figured my long hair is hard to mess up for a trim…or so I thought. It’s essentially two layers, the back is shorter than the front and nothing blends on top of having a bunch of unrinsed out conditioner at the crown. I have no idea if this is even fixable and am kicking myself for not going to great clips. I don’t remember her name but she had a like 1" undercut and wore her hair in a bun on 8/20/24

I got my hair cut from Amber. I asked her to sort of frame my face. I feel like the cut was a little rushed and she didn't even ask me if I would like my hair blow dried. The cut is not as good as it could have been had she dried it. To me the cut looks a little choppy and it reminds me of haircuts I have given myself. I had a coupon for $3 off and she forgot to take the discount off and I had already paid and tipped, I told her just to keep it and add it to her tip which became an $8 tip for a $25 haircut and she didn't go the extra mile. I feel like I overtipped for this 30 minute.

I hadn’t gotten my hair cut in 8 months because I have had some bad experiences with cuts not going well in the past; curly/wavy hair can be tricky for sure so I just let it grow out…until I really couldn’t stand looking at my hair in the mirror. Then I found this place on Google maps, after looking at no less than 20 salons, and they seemed to have great reviews overall and seemed affordable as well. I showed up without an appointment, ready and willing to wait, but they quickly got me into a chair and went to work. Fanny restored my faith in stylists everywhere, and my self-confidence; and I think her work speaks for itself ❤️ she is a true artist with her shears! I love my cut and the relaxed atmosphere-I will definitely be returning and am so thankful I found this place!

Great salon! The staff here are amazing, professional, and very kind. I have a positive experience every visit. I enjoy coming here every couple of weeks 🙏🏻
