I went in for a haircut and to get the blonde in my hair blended. I showed Tatiana a photo of my hair from my previous stylist. She and I came up with a plan. When she first blow dried my hair after the foils, it was a VERY bright, almost platinum blonde. I told her it was far too bright so she did a toner to make it more of a "honey blonde." She did the toner and partially washed it out before having to leave to get her daughter. I was there from 10am-3pm and didn’t even get my haircut. I was charged $480 and left with my hair unbrushed, matted, and wet. I got home and my hair was so brittle from the toner not being fully washed out. So, for nearly $500 I left with red/copper toned, wet, matted hair and no haircut. I called and they offered me a $75 refund for the toner. As of this evening (11/13/25) I am still waiting for a call from the owner, Heather. I do not believe these services were worth nearly $500. I’ve added photos of how my hair was left, how I wanted my hair, how my hair was prior to the appointment, and my hair when done correctly. what I wanted was possible, Tatiana was just unable to get it done.

I've been getting my hair done here for a few years and I cant say enough nice things about this salon! Its always so cozy and welcoming and a big part of that vibe is due to the great staff! I always go to Megan, one of the nicest people you'll meet, she is always super understanding with scheduling needs and always does a amazing job on my hair. I always feel beautiful when I leave because of her excellent work.

If I could give negative stars, I would. As a returning customer who has also brought my kids to this salon several times, I typically have great experiences. I don't visit often, but when I do, I spend about $400 on full color, balayage with foils, a cut, and products. I don't mind the expense for a quality experience. However, during my last visit with Elena, things went very wrong as soon as I sat down. I showed her pictures of a normal choppy bob cut and color to cover my gray hair and help blend it as it grows out (they have all of these specs from my last visit in their system). She immediately argued that what I wanted wasn’t balayage but a toner, even though I clarified I wasn’t sure about the terminology and was just looking to get something similar to what I had done last time. She was extremely rude and loud, seemed annoyed to even be there, and told me she couldn't give me what I asked for. After going back and forth for about ten minutes, I politely decided to leave after this embarrassing episode took place in front of other customers. The front desk staff then confronted me as I was leaving, demanding to see pictures and asking what I wanted and what the problem was. At that point, I felt very uncomfortable and decided to go somewhere else. Shockingly, the staff then threatened to mark me as a no-show and charge my credit card 50% of the service fee, even though I had not received any service and had shown up for my appointment. I told her that if she charged my card, I would file a fraudulent claim with my bank. I’ve never experienced such treatment at a salon—I'm always very polite and tip well, and the staff has usually always been very professional. This bizarre experience leads me to strongly advise customers against using this salon and to find one that values good customer service.

Ari Barajas-Mier revitalized my hair. I went it with seriously neglected locks but left feeling like Sophia Vergara. Dolce Salon’s staff is super friendly and engaging. I felt completely at home here. This is my "go to salon".

Ari is the absolute greatest. She is incredibly talented and she transformed my hair into exactly what I wanted despite me not even being sure what I wanted. She checked in with me every step of the way to be sure I would be happy with the result. On top of that, she’s just so nice and lovely to talk with. I’m very grateful for her work and how well my hair turned out. I was able to see her twice but have since moved out of the area and am so sad that I’m not able to have her do my hair anymore. Highly highly recommend this salon but especially Ari

Shawn took his time and gave me the results Iv been wanting. Shawn is a pleasure to chat with and is willing to put in the time and effort to give clients what they are wanting. I can be a bit particular about my hair but was absolutely pleased with the results I got with Shawn. Iv been to several other salons and this was definitely the best blonding service Iv received. I will be returning. I have also seen Marisa who was so wonderful as well. Overall great salon!

Love this place! Marisa is heaven sent in dealing with my indecisive hair behaviors and changing my mind every appointment. She always gets me what I want and always offers advice on what would or wouldn't look good!
