I saw Kyla. She is a young stylist who is skilled beyond her years of doing hair. My hair is a challenge. It’s thin, fine and turning gray. We discussed in detail what I wanted which was to camouflage the gray. I got a partial highlight only (no cut). There were some minor imperfections, but just minor (not pictured) and not that noticeable. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because it was expensive and I was there a long time. But, she took the time to get it right which I appreciate. She’s also very personable and sweet and that made my experience of sitting there for a few hours better. I would absolutely recommend her. The salon is also nice inside and I was comfortable.

I live out of state and was in town visiting family and really wanted a fresh cut. Jessica was wonderful! She's an absolute doll. She really cared about getting me the results I was hoping for. I have thick hair and she made sure to cut my hair both while wet, and again once she dried it, to make sure my cut was textured right and didn't have any heavy areas or ledges. Then she finished it with the perfect soft waves that lasted for 4 days without needing touch up. PS I highly suggest adding the extended hair washing time to you visit. Luxurious!!!

I have been to Kyla twice now and each time I love my hair more and more. The first time i came she gave me a partial highlight and I was in love!! She is my blending queen!! I got so many compliments on how amazing it looked and it definitely gave me a confidence boost. Fast forward a few months later, I was ready to retire the blonde and go back to a a full brunette and she was more than happy to help start my journey. We decided color glossing was the way to go and i am never going back! Kyla is definitely someone who i trust completely with my hair after being burned so many times in the past. Her kindness and authenticity with her clients, as well as her dedication, is what drew me to her! Everyone needs some Kyla in their hair journey, cause I know i definitely did!

This salon is the best! I have been getting my hair done by Meghan for a few years now. She always does an incredible job and is so fun to chat with. I’ve also gotten my hair done by Erika and she is also amazing. I appreciate how dedicated this salon is to hiring expert stylists and creating a welcoming environment!

I've been seeing Hallie for a while, and throughout my visits it has always been clear that gray coverage was important to me. At my most recent appointment, I specifically asked to focus on covering my grays, and she confirmed that we would make sure they were properly addressed. Unfortunately, the service did not fully resolve that concern. (And I paid over $300+) It was difficult to see in the salon lighting, but once I got home a few days later, I noticed quite a few grays still very visible. I reached out to let her know. Since I was in the process of moving, it wasn't feasible for me to come back in right away, but I was hoping we could discuss an alternative solution once I got settled or explore some form of help given I wouldn't have the time to come in right away. Instead, I was sent a link to purchase a gray touch-up stick from the salon. That response was disappointing and, in my opinion, not reflective of a professional resolution to a service concern. Clear consultation, and follow-through are essential in this industry, especially when it comes to gray coverage, which requires intention and attention to detail. If something cannot be fully achieved during an appointment, it should be communicated transparently with realistic expectations and options discussed in advance. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to refine consultation practices and client care. Growth comes from listening and improving, not from becoming defensive, rude, or passive-aggressive. I truly wish her the best and hope she uses this as a learning experience. (And others find this useful if you're looking for gray coverage as part of your service)

I had a great experience getting my haircut with Hallie! She had good communication & really listened to what I wanted. This salon has such a welcoming vibe—cute space, friendly people, and a comfortable atmosphere from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Hallie to anyone looking for a great haircut!
