Great haircut and service from LoAn! I really liked the massage during the hair wash. The hairstyle LoAn gave me was very fashionable. Price is very reasonable too.

LoAn's is a hidden gem of a stylist. I admit, that I put off writing this review because I have gatekeeping. But this week has been over 2 years that I've gone to Loan for my pixie cut. Anyone can do hair coloring and long hairstyles, but not everyone can do a great looking short haircut. During Covid, I grew out my hair and had it cut to donate it. I tried several stylists to get the right look for my facial features. Then I found LoAn's because It's close to home. The first time, I explained to Loan my style and how I want something that's easy to take care of and professional looking. She listened to me and also offered some suggestions. I have a flat back of my head, but she cuts it in a way that gives me extra body. Loan does her magic! Now I am committed to Loan because she does such a great job! I always get compliments on my cut and how it fits me. And she is flexible and accommodating when I call day of, willing to fit me in whenever possible. I see her male clients and they look great as well. Hope she gets her calendar filled and more people hear about her.

I’m so happy with my wash cut and blowout! An took her time and really showed her skills. I have very thick and long hair but she did a wonderful job. The price was good the quality was great. The wash was great too, she took her time and gave me a massage. I’m tempted to go have her wash my hair every day after a stressful work day.

This is the worst salon I’ve ever been to! Quyen, the lady who works there, is absolutely horrible. I told her over and over that I have sensitive skin around my eyebrows and did NOT want them thin. I specifically said multiple times to keep my feathered brow line intact, but she didn’t listen at all. She waxed everything off and made my eyebrows as thin as possible. She completely ruined my eyebrows! She left scars under my eyes. The whole area is swollen, painful, and looks terrible. I felt like crying when I saw what she had done. The nails were just as bad. She did such a sloppy job that it looked like I did it myself at home with a UV lamp. This place is a complete disaster. They don’t listen, they don’t care, and they do a horrible job. Avoid this place at all costs! I have updated the pictures even after two days the scars are getting worse and worse….

2/1/2024: just got my nails done by Quyen!!! We co-created the nail art design and she's got a good eye for aesthetics, shape and colors!! And steady hands which is key. --- Great price and haircut - first met LoAn 6 years ago at another local salon! Glad to reconnect and have found her! -- loan's been cutting my hair now for 3+ years and her attention to detail is awesome!!! I recently cut my hair short and I've gotten awesome compliments each time!

LoAn is an excellent hair stylist. I have been getting my hair done at this place for the last 3 years, and she does her job so well. I only told her once about my preferred hair cut, and she remembers and styles neatly. Also, the prices are very affordable compared to similar places around the Bay Area.

They only accept CASH. I walked a long way to this salon because it’s close to my home, and only after reaching they told me they accept cash only. There was no mention of this on Google Maps or anywhere online, which was really inconvenient and a waste of time
