I had Pooja cut my hair 2 weeks ago!! And it is sooo wll cut and set thar even after 2 washes its looking so nice and fresh! Loved it. I did a short shoulder level step cut and Pooja could do it just right as she knew how to work with Indian thick hair type! It included wash cut and setting

Great Experience. Had a haircut from Pooja here almost 2 weeks back and it was absolutely amazing. She understood my needs and suggested the best hair cut for my hair. I have curly-wavy hair and I don’t really trust everyone with my haircut, but I highly recommend getting a haircut from Pooja here. Received a lot of compliments for my new haircut.

Pooja is experienced and you can definitely tell. I asked for eyebrow wax as I have super sensitive and thin skin but she insisted me to try threading and assured me it wont hurt and it did not! Going for a haircut there next

I had the worst experience at this salon. It was genuinely traumatic for me. The stylist spent less than two minutes asking about what I wanted. I clearly asked for a trim of unhealthy ends with some layers and was told she would cut "3–4 inches." Instead, she chopped off 15 inches of my hair — literally half the length I walked in with. I’ve always been anxious about Indian salons cutting more than requested, and this experience confirmed that fear. This was two years of growing my hair out, and it meant a lot to me. The entire cut took barely 10 minutes, and she took off my length like it was nothing. I left the salon feeling shocked and helpless, unable to say anything in the moment, and went home crying. This was the most careless and upsetting haircut experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their hair or clear communication.

It was more of a "Less than a minute haircut". She was in such a rush that she was handling 2-3 people including me at the time of my appointment. The hair was cut unevenly and upon pointing out she just said that’s how the hair might have been blow dried and set in different directions (blow dried by a different person) and convinced me. After coming home, while brushing my hair I noticed clear difference between the lengths of the hair on both sides of my face. Less time spent on customer based on the price that is being charged. Very choppy and unequal haircut experience overall! Very disappointed.
