Stephanie’s work is so impressive! Her blowout left my hair super silky to the roots. She also able to create impressive curls not just blowouts. I’ve been several times and my hair is growing like crazy and healthy! She’s my regular stylist now and I can’t be more pleased!

NO TRANSPARENCY/SCISSOR HAPPY. I almost cried leaving here. Ive never experienced anything like this in my life and ppl should be aware of the scams occurring. I came here because I just needed a little straightening before I got my weave. With the amount she charged I could have just got A REAL HAIRSTYLE. I came in for a blow out which is $55, by time the lady was done my total came out to $180. Why is a blowout $180? I get that add ons may bring the price up but at least inform the customer that you're adding additional services and that your doubling the price etc etc . That could be very blindsiding and I honestly wish I read the reviews. The hair was nice but I couldn't enjoy it after this experience. Shes not a good person, shes squeezing whatever she can out of you when you sit In her chair. This is not like regular Dominican salon with the standard blowout. Also beware of trims here. Shes very scissor happy and cut off atleast 4-5inches of my hair smh. (She been in business for years and her or her daughter hair is only shoulder length maybe for a reason?, don't trust it)

I visited NYC Salon for a deep conditioning and trim. I love this salon. Ladies no matter what’s your hair type or ethnicity but if you searching for a salon that dedicated to you looking your best and your hair’s health is a priority, this is the place for you . My hair felt soft well condition and healthy. I have 4c hair and this place is awesome for all hair types.

Amazing! Stephanie and her daughter made sure I felt comfortable, gave me great tips and took excellent care of my hair! It came out full of body, shiny and soft with minimal heat! If you’re searching for a true dominican salon, this is it!

Came for a blow out but specifically asked to protect my curls and Stephanie did exactly that! Beautiful results and my curls bounced back perfectly. She and her daughter were so sweet and provided excellent service.

The pictures speak for themselves but I had an amazing experience with stylist Stephanie and her daughter Taylor. Stephanie is very knowledgeable when it comes to hair, and I think blowouts specifically and everyone was very kind. My hair was washed throughly and each step of the way they made sure I felt comfortable and to let them know if I needed anything or had any questions. My hair was very damaged at the ends and I just asked her to get together so I can grow my hair. We did a haircut and blowout and I’m in love. Who knew she could make my type 4 hair so bouncy and flowing with the slightest breeze. My grandmother is a loyal customer and recommended this place to me and I’ll be joining her as a fellow loyal customer!
