If you’re looking for Japanese thermal straightening, this is the place to go!! I had many doubts going into this because I had tight, frizzy curls that were very unmanageable but Alicia was amazing in explaining the procedure and being attentive to my questions and concerns. Not only do I now feel confident and beautiful with my silky straight hair, it’s incredibly low maintenance. The pictures I listed below is my hair air dried, done with heatless, overnight curls. I waited a few months before leaving a review to monitor damage and hair loss, but my hair honestly feels healthier than it did before the straightening, and I’ve noted 0 breakage or excessive hair loss. The salon is very well kept, and inviting. Will be recommending this salon and treatment to all my friends and family who are looking to go for a low maintenance, silky and soft look rather than frizz. This is THE salon for Japanese thermal treatments, and my treatment was worth every penny. 100% recommend for anyone looking for this treatment!

First time at the salon, and Theo was fantastic. She took the time to listen and did an amazing job. It has been 8 months since I was in a salon because we recently moved to Arizona, and she took my natural highlights (aka Grey hairs) and artfully did low lights and highlights to create the most natural hair color imaginable. Lovely, professional job that will hide any grow-out for a long time! She was genuinely accommodating and her only goal was to make me love my hair. And I do! Highly recommend. She'll be my only Arizona hair pro for sure!

Theo did an amazing job transitioning my hair to gray. My hair was many different colors and now it has an even tone. I’m very happy with how it turned out.

I wish I could give more than five stars. Theo has been cutting my hair now for close to two years and has never disappointed me. I’m able to communicate well with her and share my ideas and thoughts. She’s incredibly well trained, and her knowledge on color and cut is stupendous. The salon is A hidden gem. I found Bravo Salon via the L'Oreal Professionnel website. I was in from out of town and needed a root touch-up. My stylist back home gave me the formulation and Kristen was able to match my exact color. She is such a sweet person and everyone at Bravo is so kind. Highly recommend!

Had my 1st haircut with Teo and she is very talented. The salon is excellent with very good service. I look forward to booking my color in a few weeks! I really like the fact there is a real live receptionist there. So many places makes it difficult to schedule or ask questions.
