I had a great experience with Jennifer my first time here! She seemed really experienced and well versed in her craft, absolutely nailed what I was looking for. Staff was friendly and welcoming, inside was cozy and beautiful. Definitely don’t overlook this spot.

I followed Charlotte M to Red from another salon. She always makes my hair look great and the salon has a welcoming atmosphere.

I’ve been going to Ella for about 2 years now — wow, time really flies when your hair always looks amazing! From day one, she just got my style. She has a real talent for listening and turning your ideas into something even better than what you had in mind. What I love most is the attention she gives to the little details — the way she perfects every angle, the time she takes to make sure it grows out well, and how she somehow remembers everything we talked about last time. It’s not just a haircut, it’s a whole experience. On top of all that, she’s become a friend. Every visit feels like catching up with someone who truly cares. I've been coming to Red Salon Organics for a few years now, always seeing Kimberly. In addition to Kimberly being an incredible stylist and a complete joy to be around, I have come to so appreciate this business generally. I was worried about being able to make an appointment last week, and they were so accommodating with my last minute change of plans, even though it meant I'd only have time for a service that was a third the cost of my booked services. Kimberly said multiple times that she was just happy to see me, and it felt so genuine and put me at ease. Not only that, they were able to book me for the remaining service for this week to accommodate an upcoming change in my availability. I have been incredibly happy with the cuts and coloring Kimberly has done for me, and I also appreciate how thoughtfully they run their business. I know I will be a loyal client for years to come.

I've been a client of Autumn Carter for nearly a year. She has transformed my damaged hair & restored its health & shine. She is extremely knowledgeable of hair texture & color. I trust/ respect her recommendations & I always leave the salon feeling/looking great. In addition, the salon staff are always kind, professional & accommodating. This is by far the best salon in the Richmond & surrounding areas.

Jennifer Mantura is the best. She has done my color and styling for years. She does the best updos that do not move an inch when u are at an event. She also does my makeup for events as well. There are not enough words allowed to recommend her enough.

I am so impressed by Autumn and her crew. They are very good at communicating - for example, I had to miss an appointment at the last minute. I notified them and said I'd call back when I knew my schedule to book a new appointment. But they beat me to it! When Autumn had a cancellation, they checked in, because they knew she books in advance, and remembered that I had had to miss my appointment. They fixed it for me--who does that?? Not to mention, I always love my hair. So, I highly recommend Red Salon Organics, but so do a ton of other people, so you'll have to be patient.
