Jade Multicultural Salon

Jade in my opinion is the best Salon in Richmond. Jai has been maintaining my loss for the last 7 years and I won't go anywhere else. She is very intentional about the health and longevity of my hair and you can tell they truly care about their clients.

This is the best salon I’ve ever been to! Jaida is phenomenal at her craft and does a great job curating a welcoming environment of her salon. For my first appointment (after the initial consultation), I got a hair wash, highlights, blow dry, hair trim and silk press. It’s been almost 5 months since adding color to my hair for the first time, and it’s continued to look just as good as when it was first done. I’ve had a couple other appointments since, and each time the experience is amazing. Another point worth mentioning is they are also very accommodating and flexible when it comes to your needs as well as rescheduling.

Jade has been my stylist for over 20 years now. My hair has been on my shoulders, literally an inch long, and every length in between. I've also had a variety of colors. I'm there literally every 7 days...need I say more?

After years of living in the neighborhood, I finally booked a consult at Jade. Jaida was welcoming, kind and very patient with me as a woman of mixed ethnicity that only has experience in "white girl" salons. The salon is very chic, clean and cozy and she took the time to walk me through my hair care options, made a solid recommendation on a routine and never talked down to me as I asked 4,000 questions. Thank you for your knowledge, expertise and kindness! I'll be back! <3
