Statement Barbershop Midtown

Omar is truly an exceptional barber! Every visit is a fantastic experience—he listens carefully to what I want and always delivers a perfect cut. His attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly attitude make every appointment enjoyable. The shop is clean and welcoming, and Omar goes above and beyond to ensure his clients leave looking and feeling their best. I highly recommend Omar to anyone looking for top-notch service and a great haircut!

Haircuts are decent- owner is just not genuine and rude Edit: response to the response Thanks for responding. To clarify — I reached out directly about this and didn’t receive any reply. The only response came after I posted this review. Also, the late/no-show policy you referenced isn’t posted anywhere online or in the shop, and it was never communicated during any of my visits. Being charged for a policy I had no way of knowing about is what felt unfair, especially since I’ve waited 15–20 minutes at previous appointments without issue. My review reflects the lack of communication and consistency.

Statement Barbershop is the best place to go get a haircut in Reno. Everybody there is super chill and it’s always a great experience. Esli always get my hair how I want it and would highly recommend him.

I've been getting my haircut by Jaycee for years and I've never had a bad experience. Always exactly what I want with great service, he recently started cutting my son's hair too and the boy is obsessed with it! Definitely recommended

Jake is hands-down the best barber I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to 7-8 barbers in Reno and he’s the first one I’ve returned to consistently - it’s now been almost half a year of returning. Every cut is precise, clean, and exactly what I’m looking for—he really listens and delivers every time. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it shows in the results. The vibe in the shop is always relaxed and welcoming, with some good talks and music, and Jake makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a barber who’s consistent, professional, and genuinely talented, Jake is your guy. He even took care of one of my nephews on short notice. Can’t recommend Jake enough

Had an appointment with Jay. Definitely top shelf service. From the cut, the beverage, hot towel, music choice, everything. I highly recommend the shop and if he’s an available I HIGHLY recommend Jay. I’ve been to quite a few barbershops around town (my wife is a hair stylist) and I won’t go to another shop again.

Nick is the only person my son will let cut his hair. We're always happy with the outcome and my son loves this barbershop. Nick is really amazing at working with my 9-year-old he's had a weird issue with haircuts, but Nick is able to work so well with him! He refuses to go to anyone else would highly recommend a nice group of gentlemen here 🙂
