I made an appointment the night before based on the reviews and was not disappointed. I had staff member #4 and he was very professional and excellent. Absolutely respectful of the swedish massage and the process of massage. Totally relaxing and I feel so much better. I'm in town for another month and I will definitely be back.

This place is incredible! All of the therapists are wonderful, both male and female. Staff is professional and kind. I’d come here every day if I could!

Great massage for a good price!!!! I called and was able to get a group massage for 3 people that same day. The price is too good to pass up. Highly recommend!! We got the 60 minute deep tissue massage with cupping add on. We were not disappointed!

I had a pleasant experience. They were very nice, helpful, and customize the massage to your liking. Everytime I’m in Reno I come in for a massage. Only them and I highly recommend you choose them over any other massage therapy services!

I was pretty disappointed the first time I ever went here the massage was great. This last time I went I talked to the lady upfront and told her specifically that I didn't want more than 15 minutes spent on my back and minimal maybe a couple minutes on my neck because I have Neck issues that I have to have procedures on and that if she did touch my neck, it had to be very gentle. The lady who checked me in said yes, she would let her know, and I clarified if she was the lady translating to the massage person that would be doing my massage and that I specifically wanted those things I just wanted my extremities massaged and head and feet and I even paid extra for the 30 minute additional foot massage. So as for the massage (2hour so i could get the 30 min foot) .. the massage lady spent an hour and 15 minutes on my back and during the massage I kept telling her can we please stop massaging my back and just go to my extremities several times I said OK that's enough. OK we can be done with my back OK can you not press that hard on my neck during this time I should've just gotten up and canceled the rest of the appointment but i was hoping it would have changed. And then for the foot massage, it was only 15 minutes not the 30 that I had paid for when I got up to the front. The original lady was gone that I was going to tell her about my experience and another man was up at the front who didn't Seem to understand the transactions we were making I paid for the two hour massage and I was gonna tip the massage therapist $10 because she did work hard for those two hours Even though she didn't understand what I was asking, and it didn't seem like the lady upfront had told her anything that I had requested, but when I told the guy upfront when I was paying that I would pay a tip he kept saying oh you wanna tip 20 you want to tip 20 and I had to clarify no 10. I will tip 10 he said ok 20... anyways I understand the language barrier but the lady that originally checked me in spoke very clear English and I reiterated with her a couple times on what I wanted, the massage to be like and I don't think I got the experience or treatment that I had paid for. I'm a little disappointed because the first massage was so good. And when checking out, nobody understood what I was saying so I didn't get to voice my experience. During the massage, I also kept thinking if this lady even really was a massage therapist or if it was just someone who had been there helping open shop because I did get there right when they opened seriously though I kept thinking like is this the cleaning lady that she just had come and do a massage?!?! because she did nothing that I had requested and when I told her to be soft she went even deeper which was a bit painful. Then to top it off the next day and 3 to 4 days after I could not move my neck from left to right like when you have a sprain or a spasm in your neck it was very painful and I was sad that the massage Most likely created that sprain strain in my neck. I wont go back which i was hopeful to find a good place that does 2 hour massages this end of town 🙁

Made online appt for noon, and went in on time to be told that they can’t help me since online appointments are honored at least 5 hours later. My appointment was confirmed for 12PM. They only honor calls for the confirmed appointments. No where in the process of my booking this appointment was that specified! Also the way it was handled was completely unprofesional. I was basically rushed out of the room after being told to make myself comfortable.
