Jennifer's amazing! She gave me a haircut and perm, and she was super careful the whole time. She really heard what I wanted and got the curl pattern perfect for my hair. I've never felt better leaving a Salon. Thanks, Jennifer!

I went to this place and Elke the women who did my hair only ruined it. I asked her for one thing, and she ended up doing whatever she wanted. She left many different shades throughout my hair and my hair was natural, it didn't have any dye or processing at the time and she didn't even dye it properly and left my hair like a carrot she also left the back completely undyed, and the bleach lines were so noticeable, it looked like a really bad joke I was feeling so sad until a went to another place with a PROFESSIONAL and thanks God she could fixed. I will never ever come to this place again, waste of time, energy and money. 💔😪

Jennifer is absolutely amazing! 🩷 She cut my hair and dyed it back to my natural color, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She truly knows what she’s doing, listens carefully, and makes sure you feel comfortable and heard. She’s extremely kind and professional. She will be my hairdresser moving forward—highly recommend her!

I saw Monica at Salon Platinum after doing research that she was a blonde specialist. I have been having my hair dyed blonde since I was 16 and I’m in my 40s. I travel the country for work and have been to numerous salons. I had the absolute worst experience with Monica than I ever have in my entire life. All I did was ask that she fix it and she refused to do so and told me to find a different stylist. I drove a 6 hour round trip to get to her salon and spent $350. The color is horribly off and my roots are a disaster. I have filed a complaint to the Nevada Cosmetology Board, I’m disputing the charge with my credit card company and if that doesn’t work I’m strongly considering filing a small claims suit. Pic #1 is me before I went to the salon. Pic #2 are the photos I text her prior to the appt that I wanted. Pic #3 are the "updated" photos of the exact same girl as pic #2 that I showed her in the salon stating "let’s go a little less blonde than the original ones so my roots aren’t black when it grows out". All the other pics are the color that I got after the appt. My friends, family, coworkers can’t believe how off and how dark my roots are. I’ve also attached our conversation and how she responded when I attempted a resolution. I could have done a better job with a $10 box of hair dye from Walmart and can confidently say that because I have done it. And I don’t know what a seamless root is that she is referring to in her text but I most definitely did not ask for it or for my roots not to get dyed. And not one of us even uttered the words "golden lived in blonde" at any point before or during the appointment. The entire underneath of my hair isn’t even dyed. My roots have never been left out like this and I’ve never requested a stylist correct my hair in my life. This is not a professional $350 service. And her very automated responses make me feel like she has used them before. She was in a hurry toward the end stating it was taking longer than she thought and she had to go pick up her kids. I have an appointment with a color correction specialist in a few weeks and cannot wait as I have been wearing my hair up because it is such an awful yellow/gold/red color. I shed more tears over this hair than ex boyfriends.

Yesterday was so special and these amazing women made me feel beyond what I struggle to express. The care and genuine kindness I was shown , I’ll remember forever. I walked in still recovering from a fractured back and from six months of healing , I could not do my hair and losing weight down to a horrific 95 lbs, you don’t feel like yourself . I walked out feeling so blessed and loved , not to mention my hair was transformed . I truly love my hair !!! They are masters in their craft ! I’m still today so grateful at how they all reminded me of the goodness and love that still exists. Adriana and Chelsea are angels and the entire salon staff are beyond kind! From walking in and meeting Parker to the precious ladies that did my hair , I’m just thankful and my heart is so full. Thank you ALL for extending yourselves and genuine kindness to me . I feel my healing truly will begin . The best salon I’ve ever been to! Bless you all !!! ❤️🙏

Salon Platinum has such a great vibe, I personally go to Sevannah and would absolutely recommend her to anyone! She truly understands hair and if she isn’t confident in a cut will recommend you to another great stylist there! She did this for my sister who was looking for a curly cut and recommended Meg who was also amazing and spent the time the my sister to help set up a curly hair routine. With Sevannah I’ve gone through a lot of colors and styles over the years and I have never been disappointed. Definitely hit her up now. ❤️

This  is an amazing place! Everyone is very professional and friendly, you will be satisfied with your hair. Jessica Clausen is amazing and really takes the time to get to know you and your hair for the best possible color and cut. I highly recommend this salon
