Update: I’ve been going to Carleen for 10 years now and I literally can’t go anywhere else. She’s been there for me during my curly hair journey but has also supported me as I’ve backed off of curly hair a little and leaned into growing out my grays. She’s always given me advice on hair products I can use for each situation and I’ve never felt judged for deciding not to go curly all the time. My hair has retained its length and healthiness and I just love her. I left with all these goodies after my 10 year anniversary appt. She makes me feel valued and loved and I always leave our appointments feeling energized about my life and its possibilities. ❤️ I’ve been going to Carleen for 7 years this Spring and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. For years I thought I had a natural wave in my hair but had no clue how to take care of it and consequently it was dry and damaged etc. But once I met Carleen, she taught me how to care for my curly hair and since then it’s grown so much and looks so beautiful and healthy. At this point I’m basically known for my long curly thick hair. I absolutely love Carleen and credit her for so much of my confidence now ❤️❤️❤️. I don’t think I’ll ever be the same. 💃🏻 Carleen’s entire team is amazing! I visited for a curl discovery cut and was WOWED at the level of knowledge and service at every turn. Going here you realize it really is more of a SPA experience than hair salon in many ways. There is so much attention to detail it’s clear that you’ve entered another dimension where curls are king! Sharing some of my before and afters. The hydrating treatment worked so well that the "after" looks like wet curls but my hair is actually fully dried in the second pic. Perfect because I had a family photoshoot just minutes afterward. I can’t wait for my next visit. Thank you Carleen!
