Deanna at chat blanc was very rude. Horrible customer service. She texted me a ton of stuff to read before my apt, which no nail place would ever do that. She was innapropriate over the phone telling me how many bad customers she gets cancellations on and such. Then she was very impersonal upon arrival her door says to wait outside and text her of arrival even if i had an appointment. The entire apt she complained about customers and how they are never satisfied and about the drama in her life. She also insulted the asain nail places multiple times. Super unprofessional. Will not recommend or go back ever!

Heather is the ABSOLUTE BEST stylist I have ever had. I lived in Houston for much of my life and spent a fortune on ok hair. Heather belongs in Hollywood, no joke. Besides that she is truly a wonderful person!

Catherine is amazing. She gives the BEST facials and I leave there a new woman. Great personality and fabulous fingers 👌

Love this place. It's modern decor is suited for the area. The private rooms is the best idea. Deanna is amazing, her work is top notch quality & she's great at keeping to the scheduled time.There's no one else I'd recommend more. Her services are worth every dime!

Lissa Villone is the bomb! I've been with her over 20 years, she is the only hairdresser I would let touch my kids hair. You will not be disappointed. 😊

Stacie Owens is the BEST!! She always makes me feel so special and does a fantastic job on my hair!!
