I cannot say enough amazing things about Lynette at Enchanted Essence! I’ve seen her three times already, and every single visit has been an incredible experience. She did a mix of sew-ins but mostly microlinks, and the quality is truly unmatched. I purchased my bundles directly from Enchanted Essence, and they are absolutely beautiful — soft, full, and long-lasting. One thing that really impressed me is how she was able to perfectly conceal my thick, blunt bob haircut and color-match everything flawlessly. The blend looks so natural that you would never know I had extensions in. The retention on the beads lasted me a long time, and the entire process of installing and tightening them was smooth, gentle, and stress-free, which really shows her skill and experience. Her scalp treatments and massages are AMAZING. I got her biotin scalp treatment, and my hair grew about 1½ to 2 inches in just one month. My hair follicles felt incredibly soft, healthy, and shiny afterward — I could truly feel the difference. On top of her talent, Lynette herself is super sweet, professional, and welcoming. The salon is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, making the entire experience even better. She is truly someone worth going to, and I can confidently say she does an amazing job every time. 💖✨

Booked my 9 year old here, and I was very happy with the service! The booking process was easy, they offer a lot of kid options which is hard to find these days. My daughter got the kids deep conditioning and blow out followed by kids Knotless braids (hair included). The women working were super professional and very nice! Plus, they even had kids movies playing which was great! It's hard to find good braiding options for kids that are not in a strangers home... I'm happy we finally found a good salon! Highly recommend!

Bee was amazing!!! I’m new to Reno and was looking for a good hair salon. I read some good reviews about this place and decided to give it a try. Bee was definitely accommodating. I work night shift and get off early mornings before they even open and don’t have a lot of time off on my current schedule. She kindly offered to get me in early that morning three hours before they even opened. She did a wonderful job. I will definitely be rebooking with Bee for my future appointments. I appreciate Janae who did my daughter hair, she was very professional. Janae's patience and the way she carried herself was admirable. Definitely a 10/10 service.

OMG I don’t know if I can put a video of my hair but believe me I wish I could. I don’t ever look in the mirror while B is doing my hair because I like the surprise. Well, this last appointment she turned that chair for me and oh my God I just squealed. Yes that is the noise I made because I was so excited. B is just phenomenal and she is creative, and she is sweet, and I know I said it every time, but it’s true. I will never go to anybody else to do my hair.

i got my hair done with Bee, 10/10 service and pricing. she went above and beyond in treating my natural hair and helping me to figure out what products to use and styling. i highly recommend for anyone who wants a natural curly stylist because she’ll get you right!
