Chloe did a PHENOMENAL job with my hair! I was able to offer a few pictures and random words that I hoped captured my "vibe," and she turned it into an incredible cut that matches my style perfectly! She was so open to modifications throughout the process and checked in with me every step of the way to make sure we were getting what I wanted. It's such a pleasure to go to a hair stylist near me and receive such incredible service. I highly recommend Chloe to anyone looking for a compassionate hairdresser that can turn your big picture dreams into reality.

A friend recommended Caliber Hair & Makeup to me, and yesterday was my first time seeing Tres. The experience was great from start to finish. I was greeted by friendly staff who helped me check in and provided a brief questionnaire about my hair history and what I was looking for. Tres took the time to sit with me and talk through my goals in detail, offering clear recommendations on how to achieve the look I wanted while also maintaining healthy hair and scalp health. I really appreciated the attention and care put into the consultation rather than rushing straight into the cut. Afterwards, I received a shampoo, cut, and style using high-quality products, and I was very happy with the final result. While the prices are higher than a typical franchise barber, you truly get what you pay for. The quality, professionalism, and overall experience were top notch. I’ve already booked several future appointments and look forward to continuing to get my hair cut here. Highly recommend.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this incredible salon!! Meghan and her team did an incredible job at my wedding. We had quite a few ladies getting hair and makeup done, along with a location far from Reno. Meghan and her team showed up on time, in good spirits, and were extremely professional. They all did great work and all of the ladies were happy with their looks. I had previously done 2 trials with other salons in the area and nowhere compares to this place. I was SO happy with my hair and makeup on my wedding day. I literally had no notes for Meghan; she did a beautiful job. They also brought champagne and a charcuterie board for us to enjoy. Such a sweet touch. If you’re thinking of booking them for your wedding, DO IT!! You will be treated the best and feel beautiful!! Can’t say enough good things about this salon; so glad I found them.

Meghan and the rest of the Caliber team was amazing on my wedding day! I had a large wedding party, so Meghan created a schedule to follow which was genius and super helpful! Each one of us turned out absolutely flawless! They even provided a charcuterie board and champagne for us which was awesome! Our makeup and hair held up ALL NIGHT even through all the happy tears and the dance sweat! Highly recommend Caliber!

I was lucky enough to get a session with Chloe when she put a call out for hair models and I’m so glad I did! She was professional while still personable and easy to talk to, and checked in with me the whole time to make sure I knew what she was doing and that I was happy with her work. It was a collaborative process and I had some pretty abstract ideas that she understood and interpreted well. I’m happy with my haircut and looking forward to going back!

I’ve been a client of Tres for at least 10 years, and that alone says everything. He is incredibly skilled, always listens, and consistently delivers amazing results. Caliber has a great atmosphere and you always leave feeling confident and taken care of. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
