Salon Namoo - Redmond Hair Salon

I had a great experience. This is the first time I have gotten my hair professionally done and loved it. I got a perm and haircut and they did a great job with the length and texture. The staff were all very kind and thorough, making sure it looks perfect. I will definitely get my hair done here again.

I had a haircut with Bliss and she was really great! I even asked her to cut my front baby hairs in a way I saw on social medial that helps cover up some patches and she knew exactly what I was talking about!! She gave me great layers and face framing! at first I was scared, I told her I haven’t had short bangs like this before (she did what I asked for!), but she reassured me and showed me how to style it and I seriously love it! Happy to have such a lovely salon in Redmond now!

Excellent advise and consultation. I came in for a consult on getting Japanese straightening as someone with highlights, and the two stylists were extremely helpful and trustworthy. They evaluated my hair condition and said I wasn't a candidate but they provided me an incredible smoothing conditioner by Milbon. The stylist said, "in a month your hair will feel completely different", and honestly 6 weeks later, it absolutely does. This review is for the stylists being knowledgeable and guiding me in the right direction, and carrying high quality products. Highly recommend Salon Namoo.

My sister recommended this salon after getting her hair cut there, so I gave it a chance. I just had my first visit with Gabi for a haircut and Jade the owner for scalp treatment. First of all, they were so very kind and helpful. Gabi took time to really work with the damage to my hair to find a flattering shape. Jade, was so thorough. I have hair loss and she made sure to thoroughly examine and use the scalp treatment to soothe and help hair regrowth. They use Korean products, so K Beauty FTW! Highly recommend!

I initially was disappointed with my first appointment with Salon Namoo, but Jade was incredibly gracious and was very quick to reach out, address my issues, and offer to redo my hair. The amount of integrity, understanding, and care they have for their clients absolutely impressed and wowed me, and their ability to understand what I want, and explained how they were going to help me achieve it, was very appreciated. I truly appreciate their willingness to do right by their clients as well as the skills and knowledge of the stylists.

I love this place. Just had my appt today and had an inspo that I showed and I was skeptical about the inspo I had. But it came out perfectly. This was my 4-5 time here. They know how to do down perms just like in Korea. 너무 감사해요! 멋지게 해줘서!

I regularly go to Salon Namoo, and always love my haircuts and perms I get from Gabi. The staff are always so nice! However, something I’ve noticed is that the perms do not last very long on my hair. I recently got my second perm from Gabi and I loved the result right after the appointment. It’s been a week now and the perm has loosened a lot. To the point where you may not even be able to tell I got a perm. This also happened the first time I got a perm. So I suspect this may be because of my hair-type. Next time I visit I’ll be asking why this happens, as I am always very sad that my perms do not last very long. I do not want to leave a negative review as I’d love to keep supporting Gabi and her business!
