I just stopped by hoping for a cheap walk-in to trim my side-swept bangs after checking reviews that this place has Asian hairstylists, and I had a surprisingly super pleasant experience! Although my bangs are not straight cut, they still only charged me the super reasonable $15 rate. And my stylist, I think Edward, was super calm, quiet, and sweet. I really appreciated not having to make conversation and he still took a lot of care with my hair even though it was such a small job. Definitely coming here again whenever I need to trim my bangs, and will consider going here for my full hair cuts based on the good service!

Couldn't be better at ST Hair Salon & Spa. I've been coming here for years now. You can see these are pictures that I have over the years I've visited St. I changed my hair color and style whatever I wanted and they were very happy to do that for me. Everyone here is super nice and fun all the time. Lynn makes my hair look better every time I visit. She will give you professional advice not to damage your hair when you want to do something. Waste of money !! Scheduled an appointment for full arms waxing along with manicure and pedicure. They changed me $185 for everything. I will never go in again for these services. The waxing was not up to the mark. Pedicure and manicure was just completed for the sake of completing. No proper application of lotion or foot cleaning. Not recommended!

I just got a layered haircut, and I’m honestly so impressed! I didn’t expect it to turn out this nice, but wow—it’s absolutely top-notch. Karen did an amazing job with such attention to detail, and the final look made me feel so beautiful. Thank you, Karen, for bringing out the best in my hair! I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

i love coming here for haircuts! they have pretty straightforward cuts. they don’t make too many customizations but they do work with you in discussing what you want and provide their professional opinions. my hair was cut by Lynn. i’m obsessed with my bangs and glad i listened to her when she suggested i go a little longer. my layers also look amazing! thanks Lynn! 🙂

Terrible communication. Spent 5 minutes speaking with multiple people just trying to explain I am interested in a cut and color but need help deciding the specifics. I just wanted to schedule a consult with a stylist, but they kept saying they needed to know how long the styling would take and I could call back when I knew exactly what I wanted done. They clearly didn't understand me enough to communicate, but outisde of that, if you're going to charge these prices, why can't someone walk me through the options for a separate app/fee? They were so curt and rude about the whole process. Then they doubled down on their misunderstanding in their rude reply below.. wow.

Loved it, such a relaxing experience, happy with the haircut! I'm guessing my stylist was Edward, very gentle. I might have finally found the salon in Redmond where I'll be coming back
