Hair IB

I just got a haircut for the first time at Hair IB and couldnt wait to write this review. This is the first hair salon I went to after going to a place for over 25 years since I was a teen. I was really nervous but really wanted a change in hair stylist. I have long hair and very picky about what I like. Anne was my hair stylist and she did an amazing job, beyond what I expected. Not only was she super friendly and comfortable, she communicated with me the entire time to know what style I wanted and liked. You can tell she is very skilled and listened to what I wanted. She cut my hair with the perfect layers and lenght that I wanted. I am so excited to have found Hair IB and Anne who will be my new hair sylist! I will be going back for a digital perm and cant wait to see how that will look!

I had the Japanese straightener and it was lovely. I was pleased and I’m hard to please. The only thing is too many girls work on one head, which I don’t like. Also, that does not allow one to tip fairly.

So many years coming here. After left Japan I can’t be without this on my hair. Best place with best price in NY.

They always come back looking their absolute best, and my son especially loves how comfortable and relaxed he feels during every appointment. For myself and my daughter, we trust 진실 원장님. Her expertise and genuine care make every visit a pleasure. She always listens carefully to our preferences and delivers results that exceed our expectations. My daughter loves her new hairstyle so much that she keeps showing it off to her friends! From the moment you walk into Hair IB, the staff greets you with warmth and professionalism, and the atmosphere is so inviting. Update: it lasts about 3months on my hair and I only used the products that I bought from this place , its kind of pricy for this duration and it was NOT formaldehyde free I got Brazilian keratin treatment type D here for first time , they were organized and didnt waste any time ( I made online appointment before) , the service was satisfying. They started with some info about the choices and their pros and cons and the prices, THEIR TIP AMOUNT IS 20% AND MORE . I think its customer's right to CHOOSE the tip amount based on satisfaction and its not nice to make it compulsory , but at least the bright side was that they mentioned it at arrival so I could decide between staying or leaving !! For hair treatments you are gonna spend 2-3 hrs there and they give you an Ipad for watching Netflix or you can bring your own staff to make yourself busy ! They don't offer drinks so bring your own mug if you think you will need it and if you are super sensitive to chemicals you'd better bring a mask with yourself or ask them to give you one. The only negative point during the process was that once they used a comb with hair in it on my hair and they had to change it and used a clean one ! I will update this review after few months about the long term result and maintanance

The service is amazing and everybody there is welcoming and kind! Their prices are reasonable and fair! Absolutely would recommend HairClub IB for your haircut and perms! I've been getting my haircuts the past few years and can't recommend this hair salon enough.
