I love the mom daughter duo! Wanted a shaggy bob which is a different look from my usual. She knew immediately what I wanted and it looks really chic. Super happy 🩷

I hesitated to write this review because the owner and her daughter were so nice but given the cost and the result, I think it’s worth sharing for anyone wanting a style like my inspo photo (last photo). A friend with similar hair length highly recommended this salon and said she paid $70. When I called, the daughter said haircuts range from $60–$100. At the salon, she gave me a nice wash and head massage before I showed the owner my reference photo, requesting long layers, the shortest layer not too short, and just a 1-inch trim on the longest layer. The owner used a layering method where all hair is brought to the front and cut at once. Her first snip felt very short and I freaked internally, but I tried to trust her expertise. It was hard to see what the overall cut looked like but after the blow dry, the owner showed me a photo from the back angled downwards that made the shortest layer seem longer than it was so I said it was a pretty cut. When it came time to pay, she charged $100 - much more than I expected given my friend’s $70 cut. After taking a closer look at home, I realized my shortest layer was far shorter than requested, my longest layer had inches taken off, and the layering method made one side look shorter because I part my hair to the side. My ponytail that used to fall down my back now doesn’t reach my shoulders. I don’t mind paying $100 for a haircut I love, but this wasn’t what I asked for. The layering itself is well-spaced, just placed too high and I think a different method has to be used for people who do side parts. I’d recommend this salon more for older styles than modern, "young" cuts.

Outstanding customer service! Owned by a single mom and their daughter. Whatever Korean hair style you want she does it perfectly looking like what we watched from the squid games. Hairstylist is very funny and kind and takes her time to make our hair cut perfect like the pictures we look online. There’s also little snacks for those who are waiting which is very kind. Will come again for the wolf cut and really good layering done by a knife instead of layering scissors which makes it very authentic and good. Very professional. Trusting this place if you want to go from long hair to short hair don’t care.

After my first haircut here, I was so impressed that I've been coming back ever since. She has excellent skills and a great attitude towards customers. I genuinely like her work, so I even brought my boyfriend along, and now we both get our hair done here regularly.

I’ve followed bonjour hair for decades literally, from my twenties. I now have 3 children and my entire family comes to bonjour hair for hair cuts, color, perm, straightening, everything. Actually my extended family does as well. I say "follow" because we’ve moved farther away and she has also moved her business a few times but still we continue to seek bonjour hair because she’s always been reliable, accommodating, and personable.

I’m a customer for 25+ yr and like to share my honest thoughts. The owner is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about making customers look good and really care about your hair. Also I believe what sets apart Bonjour Hair is the level of expertise of her. She takes time to listen to customers preference and concerns and pays attention to detail whether you are there for hair cutting, coloring or perms using the high quality product. I’ve recommended to many of my friends and will do to everyone.
