I love them. Its my first time here and they are amazing. got my hair done and it came out exactly as I asked for. At first I was not used to the visual effect of having such light hair due to having natural black hair. But went home and realized it exactly what I requested. They were so patient with me when I was taken aback at first. They did an amazing and thorough job. Most salons I went to before would make me come back twice and pay twice to get it as light as I want but this salon will get you the color you want in one sit in. I was in that chair for 9 hours and paid less than 300. I want to thank everyone at this salon!!

Today I went in to dye my hair brown red and it turned out really well!! The color was exactly what I wanted and the service was great! I also got some layers and bangs which turned out exactly like the photo! I recommend this place for anyone looking to dye their hair and get a hair cut :))

Went here to go blonde. I wanted to have warm tone blonde balayage but instead they bleached my whole head but the roots and left me waiting there for hours. I came in at 10 and didn’t get out til 8:30 pm. They left the bleach in my hair for way too long absolutely frying my hair off. The owner and the people working there laughed when they realized how bad my hair came out and still had the audacity to ask for a big tip. It was so bad I couldn’t brush my hair so I needed to chop it. My hair was to my hip and had to cut it to my shoulders with how bad it was colored and the dryness I got from the bleach damage. Im never coming here again.

They burned my hair badly. My hair was falling out a lot during bleaching I told them and they said it’s normal which is not. My hair was burned so badly they try to hide it by cutting it off making it worse.

Got my hair colored with highlights with a haircut at the end and it turned out better than I could ever imagine! The colorists did an amazing job getting the shade of blonde I wanted and took their time sectioning my hair to get it exactly how I envisioned it. They double checked their work between every bleach round to make sure everything was going well. Kevin also gave me a haircut and styling once all the coloring was done, and it turned out incredible! He checked up on me at every step and explained the process to me to make sure I was happy with what was going on. Overall, this process took 8.5 hours, which is a lot, but I didn't mind at all because it shows how much care and precision they put into their work. Absolutely obsessed with how my hair turned out and I couldn't recommend them more!

Worst business I ever visited. They were not busy but they sent out some kid to come cut my hair. I think they interrupted his video game in the back. He came out, didn't know how to use clippers and really did not want to cut hair. He was not a barber. BEWARE. They will let anybody cut your hair. Then they showed me the prices and it said $25. I should have told them $25 is for a licensed barber to cut here. That person was not a barber who cut my hair. Don't waste your time or money at this place.

Definitely The best salon ever .. I flight from chicago tô Philadelphia…. Plus hote… uber … But And it's always worth it. Thank youuu everyone.. Amazing time , results and competence Im always happy a LOttttt with results ..
