Irene did an amazing job on my hair! I came in with a box-dye base that just wasn’t giving the look I hoped for, and she transformed it beautifully. She took her time, blended everything so well, and made my hair look exactly how I wanted. I really appreciate her patience, skill, and the care she put into getting it just right. She absolutely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend her!

I found Ally recently and she has been great! She understands how to cut curly hair and I always leave happy. She recently gave me a blowout for a wedding and I received so many compliments and felt so confident! I really recommend this salon.

I came to Plume for a facial with Abby. It was amazing! Abby was lovely and explained my skin type to me as well as gave me a detailed post-appointment skincare plan. The facial itself was very relaxing and I left glowing!

Went to Irene and started my Friday night off right! She understands hair, listens, is great with feedback, talks you through the process and is overall a great conversationalist. I enjoyed some wine as we chatted about what my hair goals were and she absolutely delivered. I waited a couple of days post cut to report back to see how it was after I washed it- it’s absolutely perfect, the cut, the color - I’m in love with how I look, I feel like we brought back my natural color in a dynamic way and the cut is easy to style. What was really genuine was Irene’s candor about the process. She told me if I had any issues in a few days to let her know and we’d work it out. That is a true artist and stylist. I highly recommend Irene. The space is also really beautiful at Plume, one of the nicest salon bathrooms I’ve ever seen. I felt welcomed and really enjoyed my experience.
