I had an appointment with Isabel, she was amazing, she had come in on a day that they were closed just for me. I got a Keratin treatment and everything during the appointment went smoothly. My hair feels amazing after I will be going back to her if i ever need a touch up.

I had a haircut appointment with Isabel, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I showed a reference picture where the hair length was about 3 inches below the shoulders, but she cut it much shorter—now it's above my shoulders. The next morning, I noticed that the left side is visibly longer than the right, which is quite frustrating. The hair washing process was also very uncomfortable—the water started off freezing cold and then became almost scalding. Combing was rough and painful, lacking any care or gentleness. If you're looking for a relaxing and pleasant salon experience, I would recommend finding another stylist.

I recently visited Isabel at Julian Chase salon with high hopes of getting a beautiful hair color transformation. Unfortunately, my experience with Isabel turned out to be a complete disaster. I cannot express how disappointed and frustrated I am with the outcome. Firstly, Isabel clearly has no idea how to dye hair. It's shocking to see someone who claims to be a professional in the field make such amateur mistakes. She completely ruined my hair color, leaving it looking worse than before. The color she applied was completely off from what I had requested, and the end result was an absolute nightmare. Now my hair is Orange, black, brown and yellow !!! Not only did she fail to achieve the desired color, but the application itself was also incredibly messy. It was evident that Isabel lacked precision and attention to detail. My hair was left unevenly colored, with patches of darker and lighter shades scattered throughout. It was clear that she had no clue what she was doing. Furthermore, Isabel gave me a follow up appointment that she MISSED !! She had to reschedule me for next day in attempt to fix, just to make it worse To make matters worse, Isabel displayed a dismissive and unprofessional attitude throughout the entire experience. When I voiced my concerns about the disastrous outcome, she refused to take any responsibility and blamed it on my hair type or claimed that it was what I asked for. It was clear that she lacked the humility and expertise to handle such situations. I strongly advise anyone considering visiting Isabel for hair color to reconsider. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and potential damage to your hair. Isabel's lack of skills, knowledge, and professionalism make her completely unfit to work in this industry. In conclusion, my experience with Isabel was nothing short of a nightmare. She completely ruined my hair color, demonstrated a lack of competence, and showed no concern for the damage she caused. I would strongly advise against entrusting your hair to someone as inexperienced and careless as Isabel.

Gabriel gave me an excellent cut, I can already see the layers & texture for me to grow into. Can't wait for next time. PS. Ask him to tell you stories about local history!

I have been client of Julian hair salon over two years and Elena is my hairdresser. She is wonderful. The whole staff is curtious and great. I am very happy with my choice.
