I came in asking for a wash, a blowout, and possibly bangs (I wanted to see how my hair looked with the blowout first before deciding on bangs). The stylist offered to trim the back "just straight across" to even it out I agreed to that. At no point did I agree to layers, and she never asked me if I wanted them. Yet by the end, I realized she had cut layers into my hair without my permission leaving it much shorter than I wanted. When I told her I hadn’t asked for layers, she said I "needed" them. That’s not her decision to make it’s mine. To make matters worse instead of giving me the blowout I requested, after the wash she blow dried my hair with just the blow dryer and her fingers (no round brush) then ran a flat iron over it. That is not a blowout. I left the salon disappointed and in tears. I even had to spend $180 on extensions just to fix and cover the layers I never asked for. A haircut should be exactly what the client asks for not what the stylist decides on their own. Worst experience.

Rosie is amazing!! Not only is she extremely sweet but she does an amazing job on hair! She did such a great job and she did exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend going to her. She got me in quickly and the prices are great too! Like someone else said if you have a larger vehicle it is a little tricky to park but definitely not a dealbreaker. Very cute family owned place.

I was a first time customer of Cindy yesterday, and she is a miracle worker! I was hoping to get my hair trimmed so it could lay better and keep growing out, but we got to talking about a bad dye job that had been done on my hair several months ago. Other stylists had told me it could be a really elaborate process to fix it and might take multiple sessions. Cindy said she could fix it yesterday and it would look good with the proper maintenance. I have hated my hair for so long; I was definitely on board to try her method and lean on her understanding of color. My hair is now this beautiful red-brown color that I adore! She also did the trim/cut and fixed some layers I hadn’t enjoyed. My hair is looking so much better and healthier after just one visit! Cindy deserves five stars and a hug for saving my hair after the experience I’d had a few months ago. Photo is right after she’d fixed my hair.

I have been getting my hair highlighted and cut by Cindy for the past 4 yrs and have never been been dissatisfied. Rosie and Cindy will give you let you know if what you are wanting will damage your hair and give you other alternatives. I highly recommend them.
