had my first haircut with May at Y&J Hair Salon, and I have to say, she is absolutely incredible! May is extremely professional, and her skill and attention to detail are second to none. She took the time to customize my haircut to perfectly suit my needs, and the result was beyond my expectations. Even though it was my first time with her, I’ve already decided that May will be the only person to cut my hair for the rest of her career! She is truly talented, and I sincerely hope that the owner of Y&J Hair Salon recognizes her exceptional value to the team. I live in Long Island, and even though it’s quite far for me to travel, I will continue to come here for all my hair needs as long as May is working at this salon. I’ve been going to Ting for at least 15 years, through thick and thin. Always get a great haircut. And the free scalp massage/shampoo feels amazing. The price is a great deal. If you’re looking for a high end spa experience, this is not your place. But if you want a great cut from a talented hair dresser with 30+ years experience at a budget price, Ting’s your guy.

Popped into this salon for a trim and it was a wonderful experience! Quality cut, relaxing shampoo and blowout for extremely reasonable price. Highly recommend!
