I had an absolutely wonderful transformative experience at Salon Musa with Jerry. I had the best haircut I’ve ever received with Jerry, he was incredibly meticulous, so kind and patient with me and my hair. He is full of positive bubbly energy and deeply caring. He checked with me every step of the way if the cut was what I wanted, and listened and executed with skill and talent. I was having a rough day but the haircut with Jerry made me feel so much better and happier. He is a joy to be around and I absolutely love how my hair looks! He gave me great framing layers and refreshed my hair with lovely curls. As I told him, I didn’t know my hair could look like that! The next day, my hair still looks amazing and I feel awesome! Thank you so much Jerry!! The experience at Salon Musa was also wonderful. It is beautifully decorated and the chairs are plush and intricate. It was a very uplifting, unique, vintage, and classy environment. It felt clean and you can feel the passion in there. Loved chatting with Rebecca and Bushi the owner too! Everyone was friendly and welcoming.

Rebecca is fantastic! A really great eye for both cuts and color, and I don't have to over explain what I'm wanting - it's exactly what I want every time! It's a cool space in there with vintage barber shop furniture and decor, and the owner Bushi is always striving to create a great client experience. Highly recommend!

Abby is a sweetheart first of all and I have had the pleasure of her working on me twice now. this time she did highlights and blonding on my hair and ordered seamlessly matching Ktip extensions which I’ve never tried. She is so meticulous with her work and placement and gave me the best blending style & cut!

This has been my go to place to get my hair cut for years now and every single time I’ve been beyond happy. I personally always use Bushi and I think he’s incredible. He’s a very kind person and supremely skilled with a great sense of aesthetics and he can customize a haircut so that it really suits you. I’ve referred many people over the years, both men and women and absolutely everyone I’ve referred to Bushi has been equally over the moon and gone on to become regulars. The salon is stylish and immaculate and a real respite from the loud chaotic craziness of NYC. This place is a real find.
