Mora at The Thread Loft did an amazing job on my eyebrows! She threaded and tinted them, and they came out in the perfect shape. Super clean, precise, and exactly what I wanted. I’m beyond satisfied with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Mora if you want flawless brows!

Got my eyebrows done.I don’t know the name of the lady who did them, she had specs on. I like that her hand was light and dint pull any skin however I would have given a higher rating if they improved their attention to detail. She left a lot of small hair and I had to show her multiple times the spots she missed. Also, their customer service could use some improvement. The lady was pretty indifferent. If you don’t like to interact with anyone and want to just get a service one time and leave, this is your spot.

you’d think when someone is touching a part of your body that they’ll have excellent customer service and be kind. the lady who worked on my eyebrows was very rude. she wouldn’t greet you, she’d roll her eyes if you had a question or wanted to tweak your eyebrows a bit more or if you would ask her to sign your "free eyebrow thread" card. i would come here and usually give $2 tip but she’s so rude if i ever come again and have her she’s not getting any tip. customer service needs work

When i come to the loft to get my eyebrows done i always leave feeling extra great thanks to Manu with her great service !! She always takes great care of me, ive never had an issue with any of the employees that have done my eyebrows, they do great works !. Expect today i had more of a sour interaction with an employee thats never done my eyebrows before, i come in just to get them a bit more thin expecting to still pay full price ofcourse not a discount or anything or even a stamp on my card for the clients! ( I didn’t get her name but she seemed late 20s early 30s tan long hair) and she worked on my brows instead they mentioned the pricing and i immediately said yea i don’t mind paying full price its not an issue for me, one of the employees told me to sit on the chair, i sat and then the lady that did my eyebrows this time that i didn't have a great experience with made me move over to another chair she then asked what do i want get them more thin top or bottom ,i said id like them more thin from the top and then once the service started She didn't wipe down my brows like how the service is she went straight to threading and she kept bringing up me coming back a week later to just get them more thin and who did my eyebrows, "if you want your eyebrows thin tell them so they can make them thin you know theres customers here that don’t really do thin" which i told her before i did tell the last lady to make them thin but im still mentioning all this while also saying the service was good the last lady did do a good job they came out great ! I just came back to have it a bit more, the whole time she just kept talking about it ! she kept moving my hand for me ?? To hold my eyebrows the way she would handle it as if i were a child and cant talk ?which was really weird to me since the other 2 ladys that have done my eyebrows before would tell me where they prefer me to place my hand while they thread. And then at the end of the service which took less than 5 minutes she didn't even clean it off properly adding aloe gel or lotion she just left it like that and cleaned off a few hairs off my face while being very passive the whole time when i would give her a response she would cut me off and just bring it up again and at the end was ready to charge me and even asked/expected me to tip her too. But she did my eyebrows thin like i came back for ! And i payed for the service but when it comes to tip thats based on the experience from the employee !!! Which i did not end up tipping her not to mention other employees have never asked me to leave a tip (i always leave them a tip) and this was our first time interacting and then i let her know why because she seemed upset after i said no i just feel like you were being passive and the 2 ladys at the shop ended up going back and forth with me saying i "interpreted" it all wrong, they said they brought up the price because they were thinking not to charge me but then i said if that were true you asked me to tip you ?? Like they were trying to manipulate me like if i came complaining about my eyebrows. when i simply just wanted them a bit thinner not even arguing about the price or speaking negatively om anyones previous work. Im sure this is the same woman that gave me a bad experience at this place for the first time that other reviewers are leaving negative reviews about too. I ended the argument saying I'm not going to keep talking to you. Its just frustrating to me because it matters who touches your face and who you give your money too, and it wasn’t even busy i was the only client there ! Im glad there are employees there that make me still want to come back even after this 🤍

I am absolutely in love with this place! I found it on Groupon about a year and a half ago & I have been faithful to them ever since!! I travel an hour & a half from my neighborhood just to come to them at least once a month. Ritu is my personal favorite because at this point we have created an amazing bond but I've honestly had work done by most of the women who work there & all of the staff have proven to be very gentle & talented. I do my eyelashes with them & full body wax (Brazilian, underarms, & full legs) they offer more services though, like facials. Although I have yet to try those services, I have no doubt that they will be great at that too. The prices are super decent & they actually take their time making sure to perfect anything your asking for. They are also very cleanly & due to this pandemic they all had there mask & gloves on. They also clean up after every client. So in love with them. I was so heart broken during the quarantine bc I couldn't wait for them to open. I'd never go to anyone else. They have my loyalty 100%. OH & speaking about loyalty they actually give you a customer loyalty card & they will sign it during every visit & I believe your 10th wax or threading will be free! It doesn't get better then that.
