The way maintenance issues are handled in this building is just a nightmare. The AC in my suite has been broken now for 11 days. It took me 4 days to even get a hold of someone to respond to my emergency. It’s 100 degrees outside and I am pregnant. Why am I chasing ppl to fix my air? Upon moving in the elevator was out for an entire month. Working in an office with no window or AC is complete suffering.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Alexander! From the moment I sat in his chair, I felt completely at ease. He took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and absolutely delivered beyond my expectations. My hair has never looked or felt better – the cut is flawless, the style is fresh and flattering, and I’ve gotten so many compliments already!

I have been a tenant here at Salons by JC, the Midtown location and the Chelsea location collectively for about 4 years and it has been the most amazing experience ever. As a relatively new hairstylist and business owner there was a lot of nerves around stepping out of a traditional salon setting where everything is done for you to an environment like this one but it has been the smoothest transition for me and my clients because of the beautiful location and AMAZING staff. Everything is always clean and fully stocked. And Alex and Karen are the sweetest ladies I've ever met and so helpful. It also doesn't hurt that they have brought so many different types of beauty professionals all under one roof! Truly a one stop shop. I will never leave! Lol

I've had a suite at Salons by JC for 18 months now. In my 40 years as a hairstylist this is the most professional, productive, inclusive, and supportive experience I've ever had. Management jumps through hoops to keep their tenants happy. I've seen tenants change suite's multiple times until they are satisfied with the size, and style, and management stays supportive. These luxury suites are constantly cleaned throughout the day, and the concierge is amazing!

My beautician is Alicsea, and she’s by far one of the best in my opinion. Besides being top tier when it comes to taking care of my hair she really is amazing. Her suite name is Plaitformz and it’s a amazing atmosphere, very vibrant with colors but still relaxing and cozy. And every time i leave her suite my hair look amazing And i get compliments daily on it
