I would only recommend this salon if you have a pixie haircut as I liked the way Rochelle styled her clients with that style. However, I did not like the wait and the way my hair was deep conditioned and styled. My hair was drier than what it already was when I walked in and she damaged my hair with her flat iron which I suspect was too hot. I'm relaxed so there is no need for that much heat on the relaxed part. I won't return there.

Lucy is amazing! She doesn't just do your hair, she educates you on how to maintain your tresses in between treatments. I definitely will return and I'll be bringing a friend to get her hair done too!

This is My First Time Coming Here and Probably Be My Last Time. My Haircut and Style and Adore But Rochelle NEEDS to LEARN and UNDERSTAND The Concept of INTERPERSONAL Skills With Her New Clients and DONT Make Them Feel Like a GHOST in Her Chair and LEARN and PRACTICE POLITE MANNERISMS and Not Have a PRESUMPTUOUS DISPOSITION.

two downsides to this place, so far, is that you end up being here for 3 hours, for a simple shampoo, because the hairdressers rotate through multiple clients. a lot of these clients are regulars, which is a good sign. it's also very pricey for a just a wash. but will return because the atmosphere was good. i really liked how the hairstylists took the time to put heat protection on my hear before flat ironing. unlike dominican salons

I went for hair cut. It was my first time visit.but i’m very satisfied.she give me 40% discounts. All the staff are very nice,very friendly. Nice clean place. I like the way she cut my hair.

All I can say is Amazing!! I walked out of the salon a very happy lady. The atmosphere is great and the staff are all very professional and friendly. What more could I ask for I am a very satisfied and happy customer, they can have money any day..😉

Haven't been to 804 in a few years, but when I do go; I go to Rob. He's super sweet and I always love my hair after he's done. One complaint I have is that sometimes it does take a long time and just for a hair cut and/or wash it's a bit pricey.
