I got a groupon for cut and balayage. The cut was alright but the balayage was very disappointing. I specifically showed a picture and asked for medium ashy brown tones, not yellow. She told me they would need a toner to achieve that color, to which I happily accepted and paid extra. After two applications, my hair turned out completely yellow. It is not anywhere near the color I asked or the picture I showed.. I will be going to another salon to get the color fixed. I am attaching the requested color tones with the result for comparison.

PLEASE, DON'T GO THERE! My beautiful red hair is ruined. I went there once when Disha was working and she did a wonderful job with my hair. I went again when we entered phase 2 of reopening and this blonde lady with a Slavic accent did a haircut. She was just supposed to cut 2 inches of my hair. She cut way more than that and all the ends were uneven. The blowout was terrible too. I went home and when I took another look at the mirror I was desperate. Then I went back to the salon and she was just laughing and kind of tried to fix it. I had to go home as I did not want her to touch my hair ever again. Five days later, I scheduled an appointment at another salon as I was too desperate. I am having another haircut today. Also, I am not sure what kind of conditioner she put on my head but I had an itching for days. Please see how my hair looked before and how it looks now.

I got a Groupon for hair cut. I made an appointment for early morning on the weekend. It was only me and the lady who took care of my hair. Since I took a shower in the morning my hair was already wet and the lady didn’t wash it again! I showed her a picture and asked her to use the machine to cut my hair because I wanted a clear cut at the end. She suggested due to my curly hair, doing it with scissors will result in better cut! I trusted her and she made it exactly the way I wanted but in her own way! The missing star is for the two steps that she missed, having my hair washed and moisturized! I recommend this place based on my experience.

I had a really great experience with Anna. I've had two visits with her, one for a haircut and one for highlights and a haircut, and I really like her. She actually listens closely and gives you exactly what you want. After my first haircut, I got a ton of compliments and decided to go back and give her a try for highlights. I am slowly going back to my natural color, so I asked Anna for a few transitional highlights so there wouldn't be such a big gap in color, and she delivered. It looks great!

I had marta who colored my nails perfectly for both manicure and pedicure. Later on I had my hair done by Orlando with the curly hair. He was Great! My hair looks amazing and he knew how to layer my hair nicely. Tanya was wonderful too and it was very clean. Thanks guys

So let me start by saying that I absolutely love Dima and Tanya. They’re simply amazing !!. I don’t normally leave reviews, and at times don’t even say what I want to say, but I was speechless, and I’m so happy with my results . I purchased the balayage package with haircut via Groupon, and due to my hair color, I had to purchase a toner which I agreed upon. Throughout the entire process both Tanya, and Dima were sure to keep me inform. Dima did great with my haircut , coloring, and styling. I’ve never had such a great experience at a hair salon- I’ve also never had a male stylist. This is officially my place to go to, and I highly recommend them.. I found this Upper East Side gem through Groupon and went in for a haircut. I was tended to by Dima, who not only gave me the best haircut, but the best blowout as well! The rest of the staff was so nice to me too - which is so important. I recently went back in for just a blowout (with Dima) and love it!! Additionally, they have been so generous with their prices due to the situation we are all in, but I firmly believe it creates loyalty. And I will definitely be coming back! Go see Dima if you want to feel amazing. xo
