Wow what a great haircut experience! I recently got a perm from my local stylist in Dallas but I didn’t know how to style it for a professional setting. I turned to Seji to teach me how to handle my perm and he did such an amazing job! He taught me how to style, how to apply the right product, all in a pleasant and inviting environment. I will have to plan trips to NYC more often to see Seji more often~

I had such a wonderful experience at Kuon Salon this week, Nana was absolutely amazing! I received a hair treatment and she explained everything to me in detail. She was so sweet, attentive, professional and truly talented! She made me feel so comfortable and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My hair looks and feels wonderful, I highly recommend Nana for any hair service. She delivers incredible results, I can’t wait to go back!

My best experience in NYC by far. Super warm welcoming. They take care to understand your needs and your style, assess options and recommend based on personal needs and your sittuation and I mean it, other places claim they will do an style consultancy but it's usually very superficial or they don't do it at all. At Kuon it's the first time where I felt this was taken seriously which speaks by itself to the love for the craft and attention to detail this salon has. Althougt I live in Brooklyn I'll always commute to get my hair cut here, no question best place in town!!!

I’ve followed Seiji from salon to salon for atleast 5 years now. There was a mishap with my haircut at some other salon my friend took me to and I hated it. I texted Seiji to save me from my terrible haircut and he absolutely did. He has never failed me and has always known how to cut my hair so that I always look my best! Come see him. Bring photos if it’s hard to describe what you want and he will make it as close as possible according to how your hair naturally falls. He’s a PRO. You will not regret it! Seiji is very attentive, patient, and shows a lot of care. He also gave thoughtful advice and detailed explanations on hair care beyond the haircut.
