I’ve been going to Effie for 7 years for both cut and color, and have always been happy with her work. I get compliments on my hair all the time, and it feels healthy despite the frequent bleaching (I change my mind often, and Effie is always up for the challenge lol). What truly sets her services apart is her ability to achieve the right color for clients while minimizing potential hair damage. I've done many different variations of the warm blonde shade (see photo of my last dye) with Effie and it's a testament to her amazing work that my hair has kept its volume & gloss over 5+ years of bleaching and color processing. The stylists at Hare Studio are pretty unlimited in the types of haircuts they offer and they can easily work off pictures or examples you bring in. They provide kids haircuts as well. The studio is spacious & has a chill energy with clients typically setting the vibe for how chatty they want their appointment to be.

My husband has been a client of Effie’s for over 10 years, and I’ve been going to her for about 8 years now — that alone says everything. Effie is incredibly detail-oriented and truly takes her time with every cut and color. Whenever I dye my hair, it always comes out exactly how I envisioned it. She listens carefully, gives honest advice, and consistently delivers beautiful results. It’s so rare to find someone this talented and reliable, and we wouldn’t trust our hair with anyone else. Effie is the best and always takes such great care of my hair! We’ve been on a journey of going blonde / staying blonde, but also keeping my hair healthy, and it’s been amazing. We did more highlights / brighter in the summer and went ashier for the winter! I get so many compliments and am always excited for a touch up or a change at Hare Studio :).

Effie is an incredibly talented colorist. My natural hair is 80% gray at this point and I had had years of dark blonde balayage elsewhere, but she transformed it to a beautiful bright blonde and she’s come up with a color plan that is easy to manage going forward. Highly recommend !
