Nick's New Hair Design

That was my first experience at the salon, and it was fantastic! Amelia expertly did my highlights and blow dry, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Her kind approach and the incredible outcome made the whole experience truly memorable. The entire team at the salon is friendly and welcoming, which only adds to the experience. I'm definitely returning for more services! I wholeheartedly recommend this salon!

Charged me over $200 for a failed Balayage dye job the stylist told me she could easily do. It looked nothing like what I asked for and the actual stylist pulled my hair practically out of my head and left it sore for 3 days after I got it done despite it not being necessary at all for the process and me begging her to stop pulling so hard. She laughed and said beauty hurts and asked if I wanted an Advil. I called to let them know how bad the experience was after a day passed because I was so traumatized when it happened and I knew I couldn't change it after it was done. They offered to fix it but then blocked my phone number when I called to confirm the day of. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO CHANCE THIS HAPPENING TO YOU.

I had my bridal hair & make-up done at Nick’s and it was perfect! I pretty much left it up to my stylist Andrea & she gave me the look I never knew I wanted… I got many compliments from family, friends & strangers 🙂 Their prices were very reasonable and not doubled or tripled just because it was bridal, unlike most other salons. All the staff were relaxed and professional, which kept me calm too on the morning of my big day. My earrings didn’t quite match my look so one of the ladies actually went out and bought me a new pair. And she wouldn’t take my money for it either - just wow. That's above & beyond. The team at Nick’s were an important part of my wedding day and I will always be thankful for their kindness, thoughtfulness and amazing hair & beauty skills!

Had a great experience! I got a haircut, wash, and blow dry. Janet was very gentle washing my hair and Andrea did a fantastic job cutting and blow drying. They were very professional and accommodating. I almost fell asleep of how relaxing it was! Definitely returning again!

Went in for a last minute haircut & blowout for a wedding I was attending nearby. Jeannie was incredibly attentive and did an outstanding job. It's been 5+ days and my blowout is still good. This place is a hidden gem!

I love how Jeannie did my highlights. They look natural, and she achieved the perfect tone and color that I wanted for a long time. She is definitely very professional and talented. Also, the salon has a very nice environment and friendly staff. I'm definitely coming back ✨️✨️🌞

Nick's hair salon is the best! They will always accommodate an appointment and I have never ever waited to be seen! They are professional and friendly and their prices can’t be beat. I highly recommend them. My sister and I have been going to Amelia for years! My daughter just started going to the salon too. A great spot in New Rochelle!
