Amazing Experience from Start to Finish! I was able to book a same-day appointment, which was already a win! I booked with Caleb and he truly brought my hair back to life. I came in with a super outgrown color block and some damage from a previous stylist. I’ve been trying to grow my hair out, so I was really hesitant about bleaching my roots again… but I’m so glad I trusted him! Caleb was knowledgeable, honest, and careful with my hair goals. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and the results exceeded my expectations. The salon itself is beautiful and there’s a convenient parking garage in the back, which made everything easy. The entire staff went above and beyond. Helen even made me a beverage and literally went next door to grab sugar for me when they didn’t have any. That level of care does not go unnoticed. I absolutely love my hair and the whole experience. I will definitely be back!

This is my third visit and I am so happy with how my hair turns out every time I come! I booked a hush perm which comes with a cut. Caleb, the creative director, cut and permed my hair, and showed me how to style my hair too. I’ll be back again!

Best first time experience at Arca. The place is very clean, cozy and modern, and compliments with the nice friendly service from Helen, and to the professional Caleb who did my hair cut for 2026. Will recommend them for sure! Come check it.

SCAMMERS. They make you sign a contract so even if they don't do the correct hair job you can't do anything about it. Please avoid this hair salon at all costs. Gaslighting and amateur skills. I came in for a hair color asking for an auburn red brown and they turned my hair almost black. All my friends were also commenting how dark it was and this was not the color I asked for. When I emailed them they told me to come in the next day and that they can fix it. However when I got to the salon the guy who did my hair was trying to gaslight me saying this is the color I asked for and it's just the lighting like sir I'm not colorblind. He was obviously trying to avoid doing more work even though he gave me the wrong color. After a lot of back and forth they finally obliged but instead of fixing it to the correct color, they put a color REMOVER instead. This ended up removing the new color and just left me with the old color underneath, exposing my roots and all. I mentioned this to him and he said "there's nothing we can do about that." He tried to convince me that this was an additional complementary service. Is this not your job?? They should be embarrassed they let me walk out of their salon like that. The guy Caleb and people here are not skilled not honest. I also had a friend tell me she got a perm here and had to come back 3 times because the perm did not come out. There are so many other salons in Koreatown that have better customer service and are way more knowledgeable than this one. Save your money unless you want to get scammed here.

Helen was very nice and Caleb cut my hair really quickly and with great results! The place is very welcoming and you get a nice wash and styling with the haircut.

I got my first perm in 10 years today. Both Caleb and the whole team were very nice and welcoming. My hair looks just like my inspo picture, I got a vintage perm and it’s so fun! Everyone checked on me often, the service was great. Oh and the playlist in the salon was so good. I’ll be back for a refresh here, even though I live out of state. 🙂

I got my haircut almost 2 months back and I still love how it looks every day. Luna took proper care of me from the beginning with the hairwash preliminary to the haircut done with care and expertise, I showed her a picture of an age old K-drama protagonist and she showed me a newer picture of a similar haircut. I trusted her with the job and it ended up beautiful. I don't regret a penny I spent here.
