Massage Envy

Wonderful experience! They pay attention to details and made me feel so comfortable. The front dress staff was fantastic!! Kylie, and Kayla at the front desk were amazing! Jenna did a great facial on me! I will be back.

Maryanna is a great massage therapist, she fixed my knots from carrying my 30 pound baby around all day and made me feeling I can seize the day again. The staff here is so friendly and accommodating about scheduling. I love massage envy Cherokee plaza!

I’ve had multiple massages with different therapists and they have all been wonderful. Very private and relaxing! The front desk staff is always welcoming and accommodating!

I’ve been a client here for approximately 6 years and have a monthly membership. While there are times that it is difficult to find an immediate appointment for an urgent need with a therapist who fits my pressure preference (deep), I have found that setting monthly appointments in advance works the best for me. Also, I work with Shamus at the Cherokee Plaza location. He’s extremely knowledgeable, a great listener, and overall wonderful therapist. He’s helped me get my tight muscles and sciatica under control. I’ve also had great experiences with facials and stretches here. The front desk staff is so nice and helpful. Also, I LOVE that this location sends you a weekly text to let you know of openings in all service categories. I feel like it’s a cheat code to getting open appointments. Pro tips: - Use the app to search for and book immediate appointments. - There are 4 locations in Knoxville and 1 in Alcoa that you can use your monthly credit at. - If you can’t find an opening on the app, call your preferred location to ask to be put on a waitlist. - Once you find a therapist you love, every time you visit, ask if their books have opened for the next term. I currently have 4 months booked out to ensure I can see my therapist.

I have been a customer of ME for almost ten years. The staff is friendly and the therapists are wonderful. They listen to your needs and make you feel like a million bucks.

Shamus and Andrew are absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I walked in, they both made me feel comfortable and cared for. Their professionalism, knowledge, and technique are unmatched—every session is tailored perfectly to what my body needs. I left feeling not only relaxed but truly rejuvenated. They both go above and beyond to ensure you’re getting the best experience possible. If you’re looking for massage therapists who listen, understand, and deliver outstanding results, Shamus and Andrew are the ones to see. Highly recommend!
