Kory was so professional and did such a great cut. She has great attention to detail and made me so comfortable. I was taken care of the moment I walked through the door. The ladies working out front immediately offered me refreshments and then later, refilled my tea. I can't say enough good things about Natural Alternatives at Western Plaza.

I can’t say enough about this place. I recommend it to so many family friends and they love it. Ben is amazing. He truly knows what your hair needs. My husband spends two hours in the spa as well. Vanna is amazing as well. I do not go anywhere else for my hair.

This was my first experience with the salon. Its in a great location. Everyone was very approachable, kind and accommodating. The products are great. I left with my hiar feeling the best in years. I do plan on going back for a possible gray blending and textured layers.

The greeting staff were absolutely happy to help, polite and nice. The atmosphere of the spa area, where I spent my time, was very relaxing and welcoming. Jewel, the esthetician, was incredibly knowledgeable in their profession, kind, and seemed to genuinely care about me while I was on their table. I have also made another appointment to see Jewel again in a few weeks and will continue to do so. 10/10 highly recommend 👌

This survey and others I’ve spoken to DO NOT REALIZE that Natural Alternatives DOES MORE than hair. I received a 90 minute massage from Kayla and it was so relaxing and helpful with so much muscle pain. Kayla has 10 years of experience and has hours daily. I highly recommend 💜

The friendly staff is a standout! I was well-treated from start to finish. Of course, the services (I had an eyebrow wax and tint) also were well done. But one can get good spa services in many places. So, feeling good about the overall experience can be important.

Aspen did such an AMAZING job giving me ultimate gender euphoria with my haircut. They took time to understand exactly what I wanted and hear me. They interpreted how I wanted my hair to move and how I wanted to be seen in a way I wouldn't have expected, and it ended up being perfect! I have a LOT of hair, and it is very thick, and they were able to work with all of that from a full head of long curly hair to a short undercut with patience and attention to detail. Really enjoyed my experience today. Thank you so much!
