The Glass House Hair

Had a consultation with Eboni she’s really knowledgeable about hair! She’s also really professional. I’m so excited to begin my hair journey with her. The shop is nice and organized too!!

I have been a client of The Glasshouse Hair for three years and I could not be more pleased! Ebonie is a true professional who takes pride in her work. She specializes in healthy hair care, but she is multi-talented. Ebonie is well versed in wigs, extensions, braids and natural hair. My relaxed hair was healthy and styled to perfection. Now that I'm transitioning, my hair is still just as healthy. It is growing and still styled to perfection. I absolutely LOVE my hair. She is the best in the business!

My mom booked an appointment to get a deep conditioner, a hair cut and coils with Kawanza (not sure if I spelled this right). A few things: 1. She arrived over 20 minutes late, even though they have penalties noted if the clients are late. The clients time should be considered just as valuable as the stylist. 2. She then went on to complain about how tired she was multiple times which slowly diminished my moms confidence in her being able to cut her hair, especially since this was her FIRST time going to her. So when it was time for the cut she just asked for a trim, after having to remind her that it was included in the services she paid for, even though this was what she was looking forward to the most (a nice stylish cut for her birthday). 3. She then left my mom sitting at the dryer with conditioner in her hair for more than 30 minutes (after her hair had dried) to "run to the bank". My mother had no clue she had left and one of her co workers had to call to see where she was, for them to be told that she got stuck at the bank. Finding a natural hair stylist in Jackson has been difficult for my mom, so she was hopeful that this place would be a good fit after her initial visits with Ebony, which all went really well. But now she has no plans on returning to the shop which is unfortunate.

When you get out of Ebonie's chair, it will look and feel like Jesus had personally laid hands on your head! She is very professional and she really does care about the health of your hair. You will not be disappointed with her and her services.

My hair is colored and and natural. It's extremely healthy and has grown since I have been going to the The Glasshouse Hair. Eboni is very knowledgeable and truly cares about your hair. If you want someone that knows and cares about hair, give her a try.
