WOW! Grace did an amazing job with my hair! I wasn't sure whether what I was thinking would work for my hair, she listened and gave great advice to help me work out what I would like. So friendly and attentive. She styled my hair so beautifully, my husband was so wowed, he said I looked younger!

This is my most favorite place and I have used then last 15 years.

Excellent hair service. I got the Brazilian blow out and my hair is so soft and healthy. My stylist Tiara explained the difference and the benefits between the Keratin and Brazilian hair products to help me decide. Highly recommended salon!

You should absolutely avoid the male stylist here. He doesn’t listen to clients’ requests and cuts hair in a strange way to express his own unique style.

Loved my haircut here from Tiara! I usually have a very difficult time finding a place that cuts men's asian hair well but was very happy here. I usually go for a short to medium length for men's hair, and like to style it spiky or wild. Tiara was great at cutting to what I wanted. The location itself is a bit hidden underneath the movie theater. It's a little bit on the older-looking side, but was clean and neat overall. Good enough for me

Really terrible business practise. My husband bought me a gift card from this salon on Hickam Air Base. When I wanted to redeem it in January this year, I found out that the Hickam salon switched owners and I have to go to the downtown location. I called them and the Bobbi and GUY salon told me that they won't honor my gift card because they can't verify how much was on it because their system from Hickam shut down. So I lost $100 for no fault of my own. They are keeping our money spent on the gift card and offered no other solution. I feel robbed and very much mistreated. I had been a loyal customer with them since 2019.

This place is great! I came here to donate my hair and they were amazing! Chou always takes her time and does a perfect job! I have came back ever since! My daughter has a stylist that she loves too! Alisyia is always amazing with her!
