⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jeanne was amazing! She fit me in last minute, was so warm and professional, and brought my bridal hair vision to life perfectly. I’m so grateful for her talent and kindness — thank you for crafting my beautiful crown, Jeanne!

This used to be a great experience for me as I had come here for 3 years. After my most recent appointment I will never return. Jeanne is unprofessional, lacks listening to customers concerns and needs, and is only interested is doing the bare minimum while still collecting money. Jeanne berated me in front of her colleagues and other customers claiming I didn’t know how to take care of my hair, simply because I wanted to transition to natural and stay away from chemicals. To make it even worse, she tried to schedule a future appointment with me and titled it "crazy hair." I have since found a hair stylist that listens to my concerns and has my hair growing more in the last 3 months than the 3 years I invested here, and my hair is all natural.

Jeanne's hair services are not just for black people. She is the best in town for white girls with frizzy hair!

Jeanne is AMAZING!!! She sanitizes between clients, also it’s very clean! She did a Diva Cut which is a dry cut of our curls to get the shape then washes and cuts a little more to give it a true finish! She styled then explained how to take care of my curls and I’m one happy curl girl!

This stylist is NOT a specialist in African American hair like she claims. She can’t even do a straight part! DISCRIMINATORY against Black clientele. Told me straight up in front of other people that "this is why stylists don’t like to work on Black people." Burned me several times with her heat styling tools, and kept forcefully pushing my head around. She talks down on people with natural hair, uses grotesque terms like "nappy". Has prices on her website that are outdated and outrageous given her extremely low quality of work. Abrasive, DISHONEST, gossipy, and RUDE. Shocked that she’s been in the haircare industry for so long. She’s the worst I’ve ever encountered.

I first started going to Jeanne in 2014 after a horrible perm by someone else, that destroyed my hair. Jeanne was a life saver. She always has me looking like a million dollars. Everywhere I go, people comment on how great my hair looks.

Jeanne has cut my hair twice now, and my hair looks fabulous!! My curls are bouncy and lay so well... no triangle head on this girl! 😊 #curlygirl
