A caring and attentive staff that do professional work. I’ve been very happy with my hair style each time I go to this salon. The residents and their visitors where I live always comment how nice my hair looks and many of them often ask where I get my hair done each time I’ve gone! When they do I always tell them proudly with a smile, "I will only get my hair done at one place and that place is Hinae Salon on Hobron Lane.

They squeezed me in on the day of when I explained that I had to fly out the next day. The stylist was very efficient! She instantly knew what color I should get and what kind of cut I want. Didn't waste a minute but also was very good at conversation and kept me entertained the whole time.

Wataru is super skilled and nice. He gave me a perm a couple months ago, and it still looks good. You can tell he has experience and knowledge on technique with different hairstyles and cuts! I will be coming back thank you ~~

Best service, very nice hair cut even without an appointment

I didn’t know that a scalp and head massage was included in my payment and it was the beeeest surprise!! Wataru cuts hair like an artist paints a portrait!! It was like watching a sculptor at work! Exactly what I showed him, I got! ❤️

Impossible to book a spot. I went in ask for Shampoo and dry(set) I asked several dates but turn out to be all fully booked. Receptionist is not helpful at all not suggesting options for me. I was introduced by one of hair dresser in Japan to go there because she knows her, but must be that popular or she need new receptionist.

Super professional! I didn't check the price when I went in, but when the bill came it was much less than I would have expected! Amazing value! Also, thanks for entertaining me with some language exchange! ありがとうございました。
