Caroline has been absolutely a gem. I moved to the area recently and Caroline has been wonderful in tailoring and maintaining my extensions/ color and helping me reach my long term hair goals. 10/10 recommend. Incredibly grateful.

James is an AMAZING hair stylist. He is so talented and kind. He was very attentive and detail oriented every step of the way. He made sure to check in periodically to make sure that I was comfortable and happy with every step of the hair dye and haircut process. I’m so happy that he is a part of the Jeffrey Richard Salon team! I’ve gotten compliments on my hair since he worked on it. I’m really happy with how the results turned out.

I wish I went here sooner! My friend Sky works here and she has been amazing to work with and is very knowledgeable on all things hair. If I ever have a question about what products my hair needs or ideas for hairstyles, I know I can count on her! The staff here are always friendly and provide great service. Added bonus: complementary hand massages!
