EXTREME Caution: I had not done anything to my hair for nearly 10 years- "virgin hair" as my stylist put it "every stylist’s dream". I had hair that went just shy of my butt crack. I had some blonde at the tips of my hair. I asked for her to bring the blonde highlights at the tips up but to keep my dark up top, I also very specifically ask to have only an inch cut off. Not only did she soak my back while washing out the color, she couldn’t get my hair straight and ended up chopping 4-5 inches off some hair now hardly covers my bra strap in the back, but she at the end goes "and I gave you some layers in the front"…. WITHOUT EVEN ASKING ME. Then to find out when it was dry that she didn’t color it at all how I wanted, she lightened everything and EVEN said before I left that my hair "hardly looks different and if it doesn’t seem different enough, she will add more big bold highlights in for free." But I don’t want MORE highlights, I already have more light than I wanted. I’m very disappointed that a salon would not listen to anything I asked for, help themselves to layering my hair and to so blatantly disregard what I said and asked for. Attached I have a photo of my hair before, the reference photo and after. Update-I reached out to the owner agin, despite the below response from the owner, I have still not heard back. Once hearing back (multiple days later), the owner continued to only offer me to come back in, despite explaining I live over an hour away and am unable to make that drive again and that all I wanted was my money back so I could buy supplements to help my hair grow back after they cut so much off. She said all she is willing to offer is $100 store credit, despite that I paid $300 fo them to ruin my hair. I really expected them to do the right thing and give me at least a partial refund since I didn’t get ANYTHING a I paid for, but she continued to try and force me to come back saying she thinks I would have a better experience-once again missing the whole point. This salon has completely RUINED my trust in ever going to a salon again, the lack of professionalism is disappointing and I HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere for a salon who would do the right thing for their customers.

Jess was not originally the hair stylist who was supposed to do my wedding hair, but after a few cancellations from the other one I was lucky enough to get her! Right away I could tell her passion and love for creating beautiful hair. She walked me through the process explained all the steps and what each product does/makes my hair feel like. By the end of my trial it felt like a friend was doing my hair and not someone I had just met. The day of the wedding she styled practically everyone in my wedding party and created a beautiful hair style for me, that I get to look back on every time I look at pictures. My hair can’t hold a curl to save its life, but somehow someway, she was able to make them last all night! If you’re thinking about booking with her, do it!

Jessica has been my stylist three times (most recently yesterday) and I have been so happy with the results each time! My second time she had just learned some new skills at a workshop in California and I lost track of how many times I got compliments on my new 'do! Alex has cut the wavy-curly hair of my son (16) and daughter (20) and they have both been very happy with their results as well! And everyone is always very friendly when we come to the salon. Keep up the good work!

I always leave Jessica P's chair feeling more stunning and in love with my hair then the last! Alex is truly top notch. She always does exactly what I ask for, while also offering thoughtful recommendations and honest advice when needed. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about products without ever being pushy, which I really appreciate. Alex is also great at working around my busy work schedule, making appointments easy and stress free. Above all, she is consistently positive, kind, and a joy to spend time with. I genuinely enjoy every session with her and wouldn’t trust my hair to anyone else.

Words can’t fully express how lucky I feel to be a client of Lauren’s! She helped keep my hair fresh and updated all the way up to my wedding day - it looked absolutely beautiful. Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she has such a wonderful personality. I always look forward to catching up on what’s new in her and Rosie’s life! 🤎

Becca is truly the best!! She always knows exactly the look I’m going for, even when I’m bad at explaining it (lol thank yoooou Pinterest!) and her work is FABULOUS. My color lasts forever, and her cuts are fairly quick yet so well done. Plus, she’s just a great hang overall, so I love chatting during my appointments with her. I’m super picky about my hair because I’m blonde, and Becca gets it more than right every time. You won’t be disappointed 🙂
